Say Hello to Lucy! Lucy is 3 years young and searching for her forever companion and adventure buddy! Lucy loves to be outside, almost as much as she loves to stay close to her human. She doesn't mind her kitty siblings and if children want to play a game of fetch, Lucy is ready to go! This beautiful girl, is house-trained, crate trained and up to date on her vaccinations and preventatives. The only thing missing for Lucy is her forever home! Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Darla is a sweet fun loving girl. She has typical shepherd markings on a sturdy lab body. She is shy and a bit timid at first, especially with men, but after about 3 days, her charming, fun personality emerges. She's the perfect mix of chill and playful. Her German Shepherd line means she's going to bond with you and her family. She is especially fond of women and would do fantastic with a single woman who wants a dog that will alert to dangers. She'll be right there wherever you go in the house. Darla knows some basic commands like sit, shake, sit up, and is pretty good about staying. She loves to play with dogs similar to her size and loves playing outside.. okay she just loves to play. She loves squeaky toys, though they won't last long! She also needs tough chew toys. Darla is curious about cats, but seems to be able to coexist with them. Darla is house-trained, rides well in a car, and will sleep in a crate all night, if the crate is in your bedroom. She would prefer to sleep on a dog bed, in your room, and not make a peep. Darla is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She is heartworm negative and waiting for her forever home.

Story
Mia is one that never meets a stranger and is very loving and cuddly. She walks well on a leash, loves to play fetch, and will sit in your lap to watch TV and eat popcorn. She pays attention and will be easily trained to whatever level you want because of her high desire to please. She sleeps well in her crate, but would love to sleep with her person if allowed. So far, her only negative is that she doesn't like cats.

Story
Hi! I'm Nessie and I'd love to be the newest member of your family! I am 8 weeks old and a little cuddle bug. I am working on potty training, sit, stay, and come. I am the perfect age and temperament to start training to go to dog friendly places! I love all other dogs - they are my playmates! I also love the cat I'm fostered with but mostly ignore him. I am new to crate training, but I almost never have accidents anymore and will let you know when I need to potty. I'm learning to use the doggie door, and I am picking it up quickly. There's only one thing keeping me from being the happiest and luckiest pup in the whole world - I need a home and family of my very own! Don't you want to be my FORever family? If you are interested in adopting Nessie please fill out the application on our website. Nessie is ONLY available for a local adoption, she is being fostered in Huntsville AL.
