Story
Ace needs an experienced, strong and confident adopter who will give him time and patience to continue working on his behavior issues. He needs a quiet home with no kids or other pets (he is reactive with both at times). He is very sweet and loves to snuggle close. He jumps and nips at kids and strangers and he unfortunately technically has bite history as he got our daughter in the face twice (2nd time needed stitches). He isn;t vicious, just reactive when there is excitement or new people. He is also very stubborn. In a calm and perfectly controlled environment he is fantastic. But with 3 kids and 2 other dogs, achieving that 24/7 isn;t possible and as a result he spends alot of time in the kennel to ensure the well being of everyone. We love him so much and it breaks our hearts to have to rehome him but we know it;s best for him so he is able to just be a dog out in the house and enjoy life. A fenced in yard would be best. And someone who works from home some or all of the week.

Story
Layla is 36 lbs and 5-6 years old and also high energy! She loves to chase balls, but needs a few lessons on retrieving. She'll nose you to get you off the couch to play, and will bark at you until you pick up a ball and throw it. This girl is also a fan of belly rubs, which she will reward with kisses. She has a herding instinct, which has mellowed a bit in the past couple of months. She also will need a home without children, cats and small critters. She needs a bit of time to get to know new people and dogs, and we are working with our vet on this. Layla is spayed and fully vaccinated. She will need a fenced yard and an experienced handler with a strong understanding of the breed and a willingness to provide lots of exercise and tennis balls. Story
Laika is 36 lbs and 3-4 years old. This sweet girl loves chasing and often retrieving balls in the house and outdoors. She loves to sniff around off-leash in a fenced back yard. Turn on your garden sprinkler and she will be entertained and exercised. Laika initiates belly runs and gives kisses to her foster mom as a thank you. Laika is more dominant than Layla and has a strong herding drive, so we recommend a home with no children, cats or small critters. She's a little nervous meeting new people and dogs, which we are working on. Laika is spayed and fully vaccinated. She will need a fenced yard and an experienced handler with a strong understanding of the breed and a willingness to provide lots of exercise and tennis balls. Story
Hi, everyone!! My name is 💫Kayla💫, did you know we're already best friends & we haven't even met yet!?! Yup, I'm that kind of girl, I don't see the glass half-empty or half-full, I see it as FULL to the brim - with ✨GLITTER✨!!!I'm about 2 years old & a short-legged sturdy 48 lbs, with an infectious grin & the sweetest spirit. I'm always up for a good time, but know my basic manners, I'm already house trained, crate trained, & leash trained. I see a car ride as the start of an epic adventure, but I'm learning to keep my excitement in check until we get where we're going. I adore toys of all kinds, & I don't mind sharing. I've lived with all kinds of dogs & did great! But my prey drive is real, so smaller dogs, cats, or anything small & furry is out - I just see them all as something to chase. I'm a fantastic fetch buddy, & a strong chewer, so it's not hard to find something to keep me occupied. I love all people, & with slower introductions I've loved every (big) dog I've met.I pretty much treat every minute of every day as a new adventure. But I've learned that even gorgeous girls like me need self-care, & I'm embracing this whole take naps & get belly rubs thing. I'm still a young dog so I need my exercise, & do best when I have a good mix of structured exercise & relax time. I'm super smart too! I notice everything, & am happiest when I'm on a predictable schedule & know what's expected of me. I really care about pleasing my people, & I love food of all kinds, so that's a good start. I've enjoyed meeting kids when I'm out & about, older kids would be best as I might knock down the littles. So don't keep me waiting, get your application in & let's get the good life started!!DATCP#483538

Hi I’m Jack! At first, I am a quiet & timid guy but once I warm up I am a sweet playful puppy! I am very loyal & love to be my foster mom’s shadow. I am working on potty & crate training. I love to play with my foster family’s cats. I do well with other dogs as long as they understand my size. Jack will make the perfect addition to your family! No apartments please. DATCP#483538

Story
My name is Braveheart & that is truly what I am a brave heart. I had a rough start in life so I am a little shy & unsure at first but, the more comfortable I get the more my personality shows. I am a goofy boy that likes to get my foster siblings to play with me. If they don't, I like to chew on the many toys they have. I like to chew & am learning quickly that not everything is a chew toy. If not a toy than why toy shaped? Is a thought that often crosses my mind. I would love a friend to play with whether that be another dog, cat, or kid, I'm not picky. I have some trouble with my back legs though. I can walk & run but sometimes I'm a bit clumsy. I can go downstairs but have trouble getting back up them. I try my best but sometimes I need help. I am kennel trained but much rather hang out with my people. Now I'm just waiting for them to find me.DATCP#483538
