Looking for a water dog!? Sally is just your girl! She LOVES to swim and also loves to sit on Stand Up Paddle Boards and go for a float! She also is down to go for hikes and walks but is ok if a day is missed. :) She is 7 years old and was owned by one family since adopted at 5 months old. She is dog selective and so our certified trainers will be there to do any dog intros, if needed. Children over 10, ok. Cats unknown. She is active, playful and friendly! She's ready to be your buddy!

Story

Dom is such a sweet boy who needs a forever home to lay his head. He is a Staffy/German Shepherd mix (with DNA results to prove it!) and he is 70lbs but needs to lose about 15-20lbs. Dom has sooo many amazing qualities! He is affectionate and LOVES a good snuggle on the couch. He will also do fine while you are at work! He is fine free roaming the home but is also crate trained. He is an independent man and will self entertain. He loves to play ball, go swimming, go for walks, play frisbee and he even likes to be groomed! Dom does need a quiet home, older children (teenagers) would be fine. He needs just a few minutes to warm up to new people and then he will be your forever friend! He does fine with both women and men. He needs to be the only pet in the home but he does fine with fowl. He will alert bark if you are looking for a protector for you home. :) A fenced in yard will be required. KARE staff has certified trainers that will be here to help Dom's transition into his new home. Adopters must live in Kitsap County.

Meet Koda! This 2 year old Shepherd mix is looking for his furever home! This silly boy knows how to put a smile on anyone's face. His favorite things consist of play, treats, and cuddles. He is a social butterfly with all people and dogs alike - making him an especially great fit for families and/or someone with another pup at home. Don't let his size fool you, he is a certified lap dog. Koda is an alert boy and sometimes gets anxious with new loud sounds, but it just takes a few pets from his favorite people to bring out his brave side again. He is a perfect adventure buddy! He loves the outdoors, getting to run around, smelling everything he can. Koda is also a smart boy that enjoys learning new tricks and using his sniffers. This good boys name is Odin, he's a tad bit over 2 years old, and weights 85lbs, and he is neutered as well as up to date on all of his shots. We have had this lovebug for over a year now, and we sadly have to say goodbye as he is just so full of love and excitement that he is addicted to being the center of attention. He gets along with other dogs, as long as they are friendly too, and he is great with kids. He loves to be adventurous and very much part of the family. He loves camping, sunbathing and to swim in any body of water you can find. He is the perfect balance, between playful and a couch potato.
