Doc (Doberman) and Tank (Yellow Lab) checking back in to say hello! We`re still in search of a forever home together, won`t it be yours? We go to adoption events and outings all the time and do so well meeting everyone. There`s no such thing as a stranger to us, just friends we haven`t met yet. Kids dont bother us, other chill dogs are no issue either, and we`re both potty trained. We`re also part of the `Best Buds` adoption program where you pay one adoption fee for the both of us like a BOGO! Please someone adopt us two spunky seniors together, we`re the best boys ever! The kennels here are almost full and now would be a great time to adopt. Not ready to adopt? Consider temporarily fostering! We provide all supplies, you provide the love! Get more fostering details here: https://www.norfolk.gov/261/Foster-Program

Story
Hi everyone, my name is Chewie and as you can see, I am a total snuggle bug. I am in foster where they report that I am perfectly potty trained, do well with the resident cat, and learning how to be a proper gentleman from the resident female dog. I was so nervous and shut down at the shelter but I`m really letting my true colors show more and more now that I`m decompressing. I am described as affectionate, couch potato, and a lapdog. My foster says `I can`t get over how much love Chewie has to give! He is the most affectionate dog I`ve ever met.`Want to know more about me? Come visit the shelter during adoption hours to set up a play date at the shelter with me!

Story
Pinky is currently in foster and doing great! Her foster`s report she is house trained, crate trained, does well with the cat in the home and loves belly rubs. Here`s what else they have to say`I think one of my favorite things that Pinky does is smile when I get home from work, afterI`ve been gone all day (my boyfriend was home, or got home much earlier then I) and shegets super excited and starts smiling at me. I also love how I am never lonely at home. Shelikes to follow me literally everywhere, whether that`s cleaning, watching tv, or studying, sheis very curious with everything. Also if you stop giving her bellyrubs she will lay on her backand wiggle side to side until she gets more. She loves showing off her toys as well.`
