Story
APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsfor&#226&#128&#139seniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) Betty-Boop came to us from an over-crowded shelter and was turned in by her owner. She is a very quiet, laid-back, 11 year old. We think she is a Jack Russel Terrier mix. She is a little chunky at 24.5 lbs and could stand to loose a few pounds. We had no medical history on little Betty-Boop so she pretty much needed the works, including dental surgery, full blood analysis, core vaccinations and a microchip. BettyBoop has very sensitive joints either from a previous injury or arthritis, so she would do best in a home with little or no stairs. She enjoys leisurely walks and the other day she was so happy to see foster dad she did the "Happy-Dance" and did zoomies around the yard, (not really fast zooomies but she tried).  She is totally house trained and will either go to the door or come up to you and let you know. You won't mistaken her expression; her eyes truly tells you that she needs to go out!  We feel that Betty-Boop would love to have someone home most of the time and give her the companionship she yerns for.Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet. Story
APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsfor&#226&#128&#139seniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) 10 year old Scruff, (at 8.9 lbs), and 9 year old Lil-Man, at 8.4 lbs), are a bonded pair that must be adopted together. Scruff is the mother of Lil-Man and were surrendered due to owner health and could no longer care for them, She loved them dearly.  You can imagine how nervous they were when they first came into our rescue but it didn't take long for them to realize that they were safe and they began to enjoy the companionship of their foster mom and dad and the other dogs and cats in the home. As expected, mom is the more reserved one but still loves cuddles, while Lil-Man is a little nervous untill he gets in your arms; then it is all about kisses and snuggles. These two wonderful little Chihuahuas are healthy and recieved intake exams, bloodwork analysis, rabies and distemper vaccinations and microchips. They also received a much needed dental. They are ready for the next chapter in their lives. Adopt today and feel the love!Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet. Story
APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsfor&#226&#128&#139seniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) Benji is an 8 year old, very handsome, 19 pound, little boy who will devote all his attention to you. He is very loveable and enjoys TV time, laying next to you and he is always is up for a walk around the neighborhood. He loves toys and loves to play fetch.  Benji was an owner surrender to a local shelter and he was only there for a day before he was transfered to us. He came with Pedigree paperwork and we have his entire family-tree layout and actual date-of-birth. A good home for Benji would be one with an alpha owner who can continue to show him the ropes as he can be a little stubborn at times. We also feel he would do best in a home with older, considerate, children as he can be tempermental with small children. He is good with other dogs and cats and looks forward to greeting new visitors.  He was resently neutered, up to date on his rabies and distemper vaccinations, (which are not due again until April of 2027), and he had a full blood panel analysis.  This little guy is looking forward to new adventures with you!  Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet.
