Story
I’m looking to rehome Shadow. I adopted her as a puppy in 2019. She’s a 5 years old German Shepherd Lab mix. She has been spayed and is current with all her vaccinations. Shadow has a lot of energy and would do well in a home with another dog with a similar size and energy level. She’s lived with labradors and huskies. She grew up with kids ranging from 8 - 19 years old. We take her on runs, hikes, and bike rides. She’s extremely intelligent and loves to train. For training, she responds well to treats and praise. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She loves fetch, tug of war, and playing in water. If you work from home she’ll spend a lot of time at your feet keeping you company. I’m now working full time in-office and can’t provide the attention she needs. Shadow is protective of her home and family. She would do well with someone experienced with German Shepherds.

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Kona is the sweetest, cuddly love bug of a dog I have ever had. I rescued her from a broken home where she was left to roam the streets in the snow as a pup. I have had her for about two years and it breaks my heart to have to give her up. She is very energetic and needs a lot of space to run. She would do well in a yard with high fences. Unfortunately she is our 3rd dog and she has learned how to get out of her new yard. She does very well with other dogs and loves to pounce and play. She loves kids and always tries to lick my 2yr old nephew in the face. If you let her, she will crawl into your lap for cuddles. Kona does well in the house, but I would not leave her alone with your food. She is crate trained but needs leash training. We work long hours and do not have the time to commit to training her the way she needs, but with the right owner she will make a great family dog.

Story
Graham is a one year old lab/pit mix. He is extremely loving he thinks he is a lap dog and likes to cuddle and take naps with you. He is very energetic and playful he deserves a home that has time for him and patience. He would do well in a home with another dog he can play with or a owner who likes to go on walks and hikes. He would do good in a home environment where he can run around in the backyard like he does at my place. He does still jump when he gets excited to see people and he does leash pull. He needs a owner who knows how to handle reactive dogs and has the patience and love to be able to constantly train him Graham does get shy around men but has never been aggressive and once he warms up he just wants pets. I love Graham but he deserves a home that has time for him

Story
Sadly, I need to rehome Jiffy. I am having shoulder surgery that is just the first step to ongoing recovery and surgeries and I cannot control or handle him in that condition. He has been good with kids but cannot get him to stop jumping on the kids and they get scared. He was left in my care by someone who never came back for him so I have tried to work with him and be able to keep him but cannot at this point. He is a blue heeler with sharpei and he is very energetic. He needs a yard to run and someone who can handle him as I cannot right now. Thank you so much for looking.

Story
Tubby was born in late 2020, we don't know exactly when. We believe he is a pudelpointer maybe with something else in him too. He is an anxious dog and needs someone that can give him rigorous training. We have tried for so many years and our living situation has completely changed, our financials have completely changed and we have 2 extremely small kids now and he is so anxious he does not do good with them.

Story
Kiko is sweet and loving. She is a purebread Akita and is 4 1/2 years old. We are her original owners, but she did live with someone for a few months while we were in the process of selling our house and moving. Kiko is a loving companion who wants to be by your side and gets excited to see you when you come home. She is great with my two little kids (was even great with my son when he was a newborn). Kiko does lick you every now and tends to jump up on people when she gets excited to see you. She can get too excited when playing with little dogs and can get aggressive with them if she senses their fear. Although, we have a small 10lb pomeranian who she does well with. Anyone who is good at training a dog on these things would do well with Kiko. I'm going through a divorce and am working full-time with two little kids, so I am not able to give Kiko the attention she needs. I'm hoping to find a good home for Kiko where she can get the love and attention she deserves.
