Story
Kona is the sweetest, cuddly love bug of a dog I have ever had. I rescued her from a broken home where she was left to roam the streets in the snow as a pup. I have had her for about two years and it breaks my heart to have to give her up. She is very energetic and needs a lot of space to run. She would do well in a yard with high fences. Unfortunately she is our 3rd dog and she has learned how to get out of her new yard. She does very well with other dogs and loves to pounce and play. She loves kids and always tries to lick my 2yr old nephew in the face. If you let her, she will crawl into your lap for cuddles. Kona does well in the house, but I would not leave her alone with your food. She is crate trained but needs leash training. We work long hours and do not have the time to commit to training her the way she needs, but with the right owner she will make a great family dog.

Story
Graham is a one year old lab/pit mix. He is extremely loving he thinks he is a lap dog and likes to cuddle and take naps with you. He is very energetic and playful he deserves a home that has time for him and patience. He would do well in a home with another dog he can play with or a owner who likes to go on walks and hikes. He would do good in a home environment where he can run around in the backyard like he does at my place. He does still jump when he gets excited to see people and he does leash pull. He needs a owner who knows how to handle reactive dogs and has the patience and love to be able to constantly train him Graham does get shy around men but has never been aggressive and once he warms up he just wants pets. I love Graham but he deserves a home that has time for him

Harley is the sweetest dog ever. She’s highly trained and very chill. She’s the perfect dog for someone who loves the company and loves having a fluffy friend around. She’s extremely smart and learns fast. She’s already trained to sit, wait, come, “let’s go” (gets in the car) lay down, kennel, shake, etc. she has my heart and I really don’t want to see her go 😢

Hey there, pals! The name's Calhoun, and let me tell ya, I'm the life of the party! 🎉 I may be a two- to three-year-old, 70-pound Shepherd, but don't let my size fool ya – I'm a big bundle of joy just waiting to find my forever home! 🐾 I've been hanging out in my foster home for a few months now, and let me tell ya, I've got the seal of approval from my foster dad! He's always raving about how sweet and loving I am, and let's not forget my impressive people skills – I can get along with any pup I meet! 🐶 I've got this knack for diffusing any tense situations with my goofy antics – whether it's rolling around, jumping over things, or wiggling my way into someone's space, I'm all about spreading those good vibes and showing everyone that life's meant to be enjoyed! 😄 Check out my personality in action: https://youtu.be/Nl18hewfB5U Sure, I may look a bit awkward sometimes with my long legs and silly behavior, but trust me, I'm as athletic as they come! I love zooming around and jumping for joy – it's like I've got springs in my paws! 🐾 And let me tell ya, my foster dad gets a kick out of watching me run – my joy is just contagious! 🏃‍♂️ I went and visited my friends home with 6 dogs and 2 teens and they said I did fantastic even with 13 pound dogs! I received an A+ But hey, I'm not just a goofball – I've got some serious house manners too! I'm crate-trained, walk like a champ on leash, and I'm all about those car rides. Plus, I adore kiddos – they're like my favorite playmates! 👶 I'm on the lookout for a forever home where I can be a part of the family and go on all sorts of adventures together. Once we bond, I'll be your trusty sidekick – whether we're exploring the great outdoors or just cuddling up on the couch. And hey, I've got great recall, so you can bet I'll stick close by your side! 🌟 So, if you think I might be the perfect fit for your crew, don't hesitate to reach out to my adoption coordinator. Let's make some memories together! 🏡 Adoption Link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/64a486df313b01bb73070287 Questions? Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Story
Meet Chicken, the ultimate family dog ready to bring joy and cuddles to your home! This sweet girl absolutely adores kids. She’s all about gentle snuggles, quiet companionship, and delightful happy dance. Just take a look at her heartwarming couch session with a three-year-old: Watch here- https://youtu.be/JuFpUL9Vne8?si=_QWxEaQP6Rg4f7gH Recently, Chicken met a five-year-old boy at the park, and her eyes lit up the moment he petted her. Her tail wagged like it was her birthday! See the magic here! Watch her video here: https://youtu.be/GKQsiN3-c9w?si=6BFHCePXqFsWp44L What truly sets Chicken apart is her amazing ability to connect with her humans. She walks beautifully at your side, ready to shower you with kisses or lean in for affection. With her excellent recall, she'll come trotting over just for a little love. When she met my five-year-old son, she was totally relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed his attention. Chicken is also an active girl who thrives on outdoor adventures. Whether you enjoy jogging, biking, or hiking, she’s the perfect companion. At around 7 years old, she still has plenty of pep in her step! But don’t let her age fool you; her favorite pastime is curling up on the couch with you. She adores soft blankets and is more than happy to share her space with other dogs. This beautiful girl loves wading in the river, making her the ideal adventure buddy for family outings. At the park, she’s a model citizen—well-behaved and a dream in the car! Chicken Nugget is confident and mature, getting along well with other dogs. While she may not be overly playful, she’d be thrilled to have a calm canine companion. Her current foster has a male Staffordshire terrier, and they love lounging together on the bed. Currently in Texas, Chicken is ready for a virtual meet-and-greet! If you have any questions about this charming girl, we’re here to help. Don’t miss your chance to welcome Chicken Nugget into your family—she’s ready to make your home a little cozier and a lot more fun! 🐾❤️ Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/654cfc1690b03684dc0412b4 Please email Jessicak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Story
**Fostered in Tacoma, WA, and ready for meet & greets!** 🐾 Meet Kawasaki! 🐾 Meet Kawasaki, a handsome boy who will fill your life with joy and excitement! Making his way to you, this cute Lab mix pup is on track to be a large companion, potentially reaching over 80 lbs as he grows into his paws—though, as with all things in rescue, that's just an educated guess! Kawasaki is doing wonderfully in his current foster home, where he's made friends with a pack of three dogs. He's crate-trained and house trained. He's even started to communicate when he needs to go outside by sitting at the door and whining, showing just how smart he is by also mastering bell training. Playful, sweet, and endlessly curious, Kawasaki is sure to bring you lots of joy. His treat motivation makes continued training a breeze. He's currently living with two teenage boys and fits right in, acting like just one of the guys. Plus, he's excellent in the car, making him the ideal companion for errand runs and road trips. Since Kawasaki is still a young pup, he needs a family ready to commit to his training and socialization. Adoptive families should be ready to help him perfect his leash skills, making him a fantastic partner for neighborhood walks and scenic hikes. Get ready for a life filled with affection, as Kawasaki will repay your love and dedication with lots of kisses and loyal companionship. Kawasaki might be your perfect match if you're looking for a big hunk of love to add to your family! 🐶❤️ Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/656e15bedf9fe6a8b503a29f Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions.
