Story
I rescued Fin from a city pound in California. He is an amazing, loving, well trained and super loyal dog. He is about 3.5 years old and is up to date on all of his shots. The only bad thing about him is that he has bitten quite a few people and that’s why I can’t keep him. I have a little girl in my life now and he cannot be around her in fear of what could happen. He has been through thousands of dollars in training and is great with just me. But he’s a resource guardian and will bite when he feels that someone is trying to take something of his. He’s never latched on to anyone, it’s always been a bite and run. But he’s about 62 pounds so it does do some damage. He needs to be with someone who lives alone and doesn’t have guests. I think an older gentleman would be great for him. He is still active so he does need a place to run around for his exercise. His current dog trainer is willing to work with the new owner at zero cost.

Story
2 months ago someone reached out to us through his Facebook page and asked if he would be willing to take his dads GSP or help find him a new home. His father had unexpectedly passed away and this man was taking care of his mother who had Parkinsons and he couldnt keep him. We have 3 dogs and cant keep him but wanted to help him find a home. Unfortunately, the son didnt have detailed info about the dog. We do know he is about 7 and was the only dog in the home. About a month after we got him we have had 2 incidents where he went after our other dogs. The first time he got aggressive with our Boston terrier mix and had her pinned down and had to be pulled off. The second time he attacked our male GSP and pinned him down by his neck. He didnt draw blood but the fur in the area was pulled out and he had scabs. My son had to pull him off to get him to stop. Both times there was a rawhide chewy that they both wanted. He really is a good dog but needs to be the only dog in the home.

Story
Pepper is very loving and loves all the belly rubs and attention you can give. She's a well behaved dog with no bad habits. She loves to go for walks and go for rides in the car. Pepper is 4yrs old and would do well in a single dog atmosphere with a loving active family. We've had her for about a year and have two other dogs and she just didn't assimilate with them, and required more attention.

Story
Cleo is a playful pup! We are still working on house training but she has mastered the dog door. She poops outside but still has some potty accidents indoors. We are working on kennel training her but she does not love the kennel. She wants to be with someone or another pet at all times. She hates being left alone. She is a sweet girl but can get pretty fiesty when playing. She responds better to my husband and I than our kids. I would say she would do better without kids or with older kids. She loves to snuggle when she's ready for sleep. She gets along great with our two grown labs. We are so sad to have to find her a new home! We been cited for our other dogs barking and we just can't risk another citation especially with three dogs. She would do best with someone familiar with this breed and who has the time and patience it takes to train her. We do have a small kennel that could go with her.
