**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Maple is located in San Antonio, TX. She weighs about 16 pounds and is about 6 years old. Some things about Maple. Maple is blind and she is diabetic but if you meet her, you would never know anything is wrong. She gets around her foster home and backyard with zero issues. She might have some sight to be able to see shadows. She jumps on and off the couch. She knows how to use the stairs at the end of the bed and couch (she doesn’t use them often though.) She is very active. She loves to go for walks, she loves other dogs, and doesn’t mind cats. She is very curious with the cats so she is not a stranger to a friendly cat swat here and there lol. She loves to eat. She is potty trained. I keep an exercise pen with her water, bed/blanket and pee pads. She stays in there when her foster is gone (so she doesn’t hurt herself), otherwise, she is free to run about the house. If she needs to go to the bathroom, some days she screams at her foster mom to be let out, and other times she quietly walks to her pen and goes on the pee pads. She does have accidents but that is expected since she is diabetic. She does not have them very often at all. She loves car rides, meeting new people, enjoying new adventures. This girl cannot be stopped!!! She is one of the most amazing dogs I have ever had the privilege of fostering. She deserves her own family and her own place to call home. I would suggest no kids and not too busy of a home. She will do great with a retired couple or even someone that needs someone to look after and care for. She loves attention, she loves to sleep under the covers right next to you. She sleeps in bed with me and she sleeps through the night. Located in San Antonio, Maple's adoption fee is $65.

**The first step to adopting from MO Min Pin Rescue, is to complete the online adoption application. A good vet reference and heartworm prevention are required. We do not arrange transport, and you will be responsible for coming to us to get your dog. Cheeto is located in San Antonio, TX. Adoption Application link: https://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html ** Cheeto's first birthday will be in February 2024. He weighs about 10 pounds. He is full of energy and so sweet. He loves everyone. He may be shy at first but once he settles in, he will go for hours. He loves to play, his favorite game is fetch. He will let you throw a toy or ball for HOURS. He is a great little snuggle buddy as well. He will do best with an active home and older kids that won’t be too rough with him. He gets along with dogs and cats. His previous home did not potty train him so we are working on that. He does NOT mark at all and he will go potty outside. He does best when you are out with him to ensure his baby brain focuses 😂 He is crate-trained and will stay in a crate while his foster mom is away. Because he is so curious and mischievous for a baby, he isn't allowed to roam around unattended. No toy is safe. This kid is a great little boy and will make a perfect companion for someone! Neutered and fully vetted, including vaccinations and microchip. He is located in San Antonio, TX. His adoption fee is $300.

Story
My name is Lil Man aka Deuce. Deuce for two since I'm getting a second chance at life after being in the shelter. My foster Dad says I'm living life to the fullest and trying really hard at forgetting my first life. I'm still shy around some people but my foster has been teaching me to be less fearful of strangers. I would love you to help me with slow introductions when I meet new people. People always say how beautiful my brindle coat is. I'm very smart and will sit and speak for my treats, I am learning to play ball and will jump in the air to get it! I'm still working on the bring it back all the time, every time. But I'm working on it! I get along well with other dogs and I'm a great watch dog. I like to make sure my people are safe and taken care of. I love being outside in the sun and playing with my dog foster siblings or other dogs. I love the yard and think being outside is swell. When I come inside I'm a very good boy and don't get on the couch or jump on people. I do like to give little licks and kisses to the people I feel safe with. I have a zest for life and like to go for walks and runs and to play in the river. I'm potty trained and stay out during the day in the sunshine. I always try to ensure the squirrels know I'm the bosss. At night I like to sleep inside with my pals. Whoever adopts me will have to be a little patient and continue working with me on my shyness at times. New things are scary and I need you to show me it's going to be ok. My perfect home would have a nice, fenced yard, and maybe a doggy door so I can go in and out on my own. I'll probably do better with another dog in the household, I really like friends. I would love someone to play fetch with me or take me to the river and swim. I don't mind baths at all either, but I sure don't like cats! I like to keep my food just for me and don't really like to share. I know basic commands and will sit for a treat, or two. I would love to meet you and your resident dog and make some new friends!
