Story
Meet Joel, one of the sweetest, most playful and most loving dogs you’ll ever know. When we first met him roughly seven months ago, while I was working at my shop, this adorable little puppy wandered up to me. He was clearly a stray; malnourished, and covered with fleas and ticks. Throughout my shift, he would continue to walk up to me in order to get pets. That night, I decided to bring him home with me. We immediately bathed him, rid him of all ticks and fleas, gave him a much needed meal. Since then, he’s grown to be a well sized, healthy boy who needs more room to roam than we can provide him. Saying goodbye to him will be heartbreaking, but we hope that he can find a better home than what we are able to provide this gentle, loving boy.

Story
Coco just turned one! He is a super loving and energetic dog who brings joy to everyone he meets. Coco loves going on walks and exploring new places. He requires a lot of attention and really thrives in an environment where he can be active and engaged. Whether its playing fetch in the yard or snuggling up on the couch, Coco is always ready to share his love and energy. He would be a perfect addition to a family that can match his enthusiasm and provide him with the care and companionship he deserves.

Story
Missy is 6 months old, 8 pounds, and will probably stay tiny forever. She has an adorable, unique look -- short legs, long body, long nose and pointy ears. She's so soft! She's quite a character, a playful pal and a sweet lap cuddler. Because of her petite size, she'd be a great partner for families and/or for those who live in small spaces. She adores children. She's puppy pad trained, highly food-motivated and sleeps in a crate peacefully. Because she's a quick little lady, she's also been microchipped. Missy loves humans, gives lots of kisses and is great with young people. She needs a little extra time to warm to other dogs. Local to upper RGV? Foster is a dogsitter and will care for Missy free of charge.

Story
Buttercup was being chased by 2 older dogs. Hiding under our truck tire fighting for her life. My wife and daughter rescued her from the attack. We posted her on missing websites and went door to door in the area but nobody claimed her. Asked the city of Edinburg multiple times to pick her up with no response. She has now been spade and has up to date shots. We tried holding her but is too hyper for my older dogs. Needs a home where she can run and play. Thank you and God bless!

Story
I found her outside of my ex wife’s house, she could not keep her in her backyard more than 1 day so I took her in. She stayed at my sister’s apartment backyard for two weeks, she was defleaed and dewormed. She already received her second set of vaccines. She has the fleas and tick topical medication. She is well fed and she has been living in my 1 bedroom apartment for two months already. I can’t keep her unfortunately due to my personal and economic situation. She is good with other dogs but she is a playful puppy and my Shih tzu just does not like her, he tolerates her when she is not too close to him. She is great with children but too active and with small children, that could be a problem. She is potty trained but has some issues every now and then. She has chewing issues with carpets but with the appropriate toys and chewing treats she can be entertained.
