Billie is a loving 4-year-old female pit/terrier mix. I am looking for a new home for Billie because unfortunately I am traveling often for work and am not able to keep her. She loves cuddling, sleeping, and sunbathing She likes to play fetch and go on walks, but is a lazy dog at heart She is potty-trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, spin, and shake She gets along with other dogs as long as there is a slow, controlled introduction, but she can be reactive towards other female dogs. She can be reactive towards humans, moreso towards men, in anxious situations. It is key for her to have controlled introductions towards new people. She has not been around children before, so I would recommend a child-free home

Active, fast, likes space. Loves people. Some issues with jumping on people and nipping, but no aggression. A little training needed. I am 75. Daughter left dog and moved away. Not easy for us to manage.

Story
I found nova wondering my neighborhood a couple days before Christmas and it was really cold at the time so I brought her into my home gave her some food and water and a bed for her to get warm in. A couple days past and I take her to my local vet clinic to see if she is microchipped and she in fact is microchipped and I was told I should hear from the owner within the day or next day. It has been almost 3 months and the owner still has not contacted me. Within the the months of having nova she has showed me what character she has and the love she has for anyone who walks in the door to the tallest human to the smallest. She’ll make you laugh with her zoomies to making you sleepy with her endless cuddles. She’s definitely a one of a kind dog I unfortunately cannot have her due to me moving :(.

Story
Kona is 4 years old and is a great dog! She’s very people and family friendly we have 4 kids all under 8 and shes been so great and gentle with all of them. Shes not very fond of new dogs though, shes just not a dog dog, if that makes sense. She loves to play ball and go to the beach, she would be a great hunting dog because she loves to work and run. Shes very well trained and sits, stays, lays down and shakes. She usually stays on a bed in the living room for most of the day when shes inside and shes completely happy with that. Shes not a big wonderer, she wont run away when shes outside and she doesnt dig. Shes a GREAT dog, she just doesnt get along well with our older dog and it’s becoming a bit of an issue. She would do so well in any home.

Eileen was found malnourished and suffering from mange, but with love and care, she’s made an incredible recovery. She’s a free spirit with a big heart and an even bigger love for running—walks are fine, but running is her favorite! She’s great with other dogs (even if they’re not always sure about her!) and adores babies. Eileen knows basic commands, is kennel-trained, and loves being part of the action. She needs regular exercise, attention, and affection—without it, she might dig to entertain herself. Eileen is ready for a forever home that matches her energy and love for life. If you’re looking for a loyal, adventurous companion, Eileen’s your girl!
