Despite her tough beginnings, Suki’s gentle nature shines through—she’s shy at first, but her sweetness quickly wins hearts once she feels safe. She’s the kind of pup who would love to curl up beside you on the couch, soaking up cuddles and companionship. With her calm personality and affectionate spirit, Suki would be a wonderful addition to any family, bringing warmth and love into your home. She is long legged and would be great to take on walks. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will blossom with patience and care, Suki is waiting to meet you. Suki is located in our shelter in Hondo, Texas. Story
Izzie is a 4-year-old, 50-pound boxer mix with a remarkable story of love and resilience. Found under a porch with her puppies, she was rescued by children who crawled under the house to bring her and her little ones to safety. Since then, Izzie has been the mama to many dogs here, offering her nurturing spirit and playful energy—but now it’s her turn to be cherished. Healthy and amazing (she’s cured of Chagas!), Izzie is playful, affectionate, and loves people. She would happily leap into your arms for cuddles and attention. A puppy training class would help her polish her basic commands, but her eagerness to please makes her a quick learner. Izzie longs for her own forever family—one that will let her cuddle in the cool AC, run and play outdoors, and finally enjoy the love she’s given to so many others. She’s ready to leave her past behind and start her new life as the beloved companion she was always meant to be. Izzie is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Dublin, OH on April 25th. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost. Story
Meet Mia - our quiet miracle who has waited three long years for her forever. Please watch her video... Mia came to us from a severe neglect and cruelty case, and she endured things no dog ever should. But somehow, despite everything humans took from her, she never lost her gentle spirit. Every time I look at her, all I feel is love...because Mia is love. Pure, grateful, resilient love. She's about 4 years old now, weighs 53 pounds, heartworm negative and Chagas negative, and she has blossomed into the most wonderful dog. Mia is grateful for every act of kindness, every soft word, every moment she gets to simply be safe. She has been nothing but a good girl since the day she arrived. Mia gets along with other dogs and enjoys being part of the group, though she prefers friends who give her a little space and don't rush into her face...she's a laid-back girl at heart. But if she finds the right playmate, she absolutely can romp, run, and play with joy. She is also an excellent little watchdog here...alert, loyal, and always paying attention. But what Mia wants more than anything is something she's never truly had: a kind person of her own to spend her life with. After three years of waiting, she deserves to finally go home. If you think that might be you, you can apply for Mia online. She's been patient for so long... maybe today is the day someone finally sees her. Mia is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Dublin, OH on April 25th. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost. Every dog adopted through Tracy's Paws receives: Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) All core vaccines (age-appropriate) Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives Regular Deworming Spay/neuter surgery Microchip Breed listings are our best guess, based on appearance.

Story
Mino is a super friendly, adorable young adult (about 1–2 years old) who absolutely thrives on human attention. He weighs only 12.5 lbs! He came to us from the border of Mexico, where he spent his early life in a backyard with very little interaction from people — aside from his canine buddies. Now he’s making up for lost time. Mino literally lights up when someone walks into the room. His whole body wiggles. His eyes brighten. He just wants to be near you. If you’re looking for a dog who will happily follow you from room to room, sit beside you, and soak up every ounce of affection you’re willing to give, Mino is your guy. He gets along beautifully with others and has a gentle, affectionate personality. More than anything, Mino is ready for a home where he can finally have what he’s always wanted — people to love, and people who love him right back. If you want a constant companion with a heart of gold, Mino is waiting. Mino is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Dublin, OH on April 25th. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost.
