Story
We have had Foxy and her sister since they were pups, born Sept 23, 2023. Foxy is smart and a sweet tempered dog. She likes to play catch, she loves to swim, play tug-of-war, and chase with other dogs. She has never hurt a child or dog. I must rehome her because, if given an opportunity, she chases chickens and sheep. Foxy is trained to respond to basic commands, she even obeys a six-year-old who plays with her often. She has been a great dog around kids and other dogs, but I cannot trust her around other animals. Perhaps cows would be okay; she weighs about 38 lbs. I do attribute her presence and barking to scaring away predators who come for our sheep and chickens. She lives outside in a small yard, with a warm sleeping area. Foxy would like a larger play area, free of chickens and baby livestock. She travels well in a car or the back of a pick-up truck around the land. Thank for considering her.

Story
Beeg is a super sweet Rottie type. He may have some black and tan coon hound. We found him running in the pastures near our farm with some Barb wire marks from going under fences. He had joined up with 2 other stray/abandoned dogs. As soon as we fed him he has become totally attached. He is friendly to people who visit our farm. He plays well and is sweet with other dogs and does not challenge our older dominant dog. Unfortunately he has tested positive for Heart worm. As he is only between 1 and 2 years we are starting topical treatment and expect him to be rid pf them in a few months. He is an energetic dog and does not appear to be affected by this condition.

Story
Pecos loves to be right by your side, in true heeler fashion. He’s not one for fetch, but he is always up for a good walk. We have had Pecos since he was 2 months old and he will be four in June of this year. He is still very energetic and needs lots of attention and exercise. Pecos was born deaf and needs to be communicated with through hand signals. He has been taught sit, stay, down, wait, heel, and free, however he needs more training. With the arrival of our baby and changes to our jobs we are no longer able to give him the home he deserves. Pecos would do best in a one pet home and one with no small children.

****URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME**** Leon is a 3y/o husky/malamute/Shep mix who has a lot of love to give. He came to us from Austin Animal Center and was heartworm positive at the time of his adoption. He has gone through treatment and is in fantastic health with lot of energy. He is very goofy and sweet, and would do well with one other female dog of his size. He does not like intact males but has had no other issues with pups. He has been very gentle with our kiddo as well. He loves to play chase, fling his toys around, and flop down on his back to receive belly rubs! He will gently Awoo when he needs to go out or feels it is a meal time. He needs a home where he can get enough exercise and attention. He loves long walks, and going to daycare to get lots of playtime in! He has been evaluated at Taurus Academy and does really well there.

Khalid is an active European Doberman Pinscher. Amazing hiking and marathon partner if you an outdoor person! He also loves yoga stretches if you're an indoor person. He is a very friendly dog that enjoys playing with other dogs and animals. He is a sucker for fruits (Tomatoes and Watermelons are his favorite) and has a weird obsession for ice cubes. He is very obedient and an emotionally intelligent dog. He is also very expressive; so be ready to listen to growls and barks when youre not listening to him.
