Story
Watson is a full bred AKC registered Great Dane. He is nearly three, his welp date is 1-11-21. Watson has been raised with 4 children, a cat and a bearded dragon. He is not bad with children; he just isn't ideal with younger children. He is a very very anxious dog. He has been known to break out of multiple kennels. He often jumps our 8 foot fence. He will, during a thunderstorm, attempt to squeeze himself under our bed. He has been treated for his anxiety with trazadone, this did not work. We tried Acepromazine as well- he was allergic-his whole face swelled up; when given Benadryl he became destructive and more anxious. We have tried puzzles, CBD oil and treats, more activity etc. He is very difficult to redirect when outside; he doesn't follow any command unless he is inside. We have had many incidents of him pulling kids off of swings, four wheelers, tree house ladders etc. It never appears he is being aggressive but almost like he thinks he is saving them. He needs a calm place.

Story
A friend brought him to us tiny and sick and we agreed to take him in and get him healthy. He was 2 weeks old. We agreed to foster him until we could find him a forever home and not a shelter. He is great with my family, great with our dogs and does ok with the cats but we are unsure of other animals. We have been constantly training him but have not tried other dog interactions besides our other dogs. He deserves a home where they are patient and understanding that he is a puppy and needs continuing training and non stop love. He is house and crate trained. Hes gotten better with letting us vest and leash him for his walks. He loved walks. He is high energy and loves to play fetch and tug o war. But he is down for cuddles any day. He’s very smart and loyal and loves to window watch. His favorite toy is his squeaker.
