Story
She is a great dog! Wonderful with kids and other pets. We have an older lab that just has never gotten along. Our older Daisy corners her frequently and terrorizes her. Nala gets along great with our Dane mix. She wants to play with our cats and is gentle with all people. She loves snuggles and attention. She survived parvo as a pup. She was in a group of dumped pups and she was the last and never got adopted. She’s gentle and good natured. She loves to ride in the truck and feel the wind on her face too! Walks well on a leash.

Story
Jessica has been with us for for 3 months and she's "finally" coming into her own. She was a diligent momma, always putting her babies first, but now she's earned her own time. Jessica now gets on the kennel couch with me, paws me for pets (we're working on that), and is ready for a family of her own. If I said she was the best dog I've ever had, it would be an understatement. She has NEVER had ana accident in the house. She knows basic commands or figures them out quickly. She likes to play with all size dogs without it ever getting too rough, and she de-escalates situations easily. The only downside to Jessica is that she wants/needs a larger area to patrol. She is a border collie and likes to patrol the border. Could she be an apartment dog? Probably not, unless you are committed to outdoor exercise with her. It's not a constant need for exercise but she does like to use her brain and instincts. Someone with a decent sized yard needs to give this girl a chance to make them as happy as she's made us. Story
Meet Marge a very sweet black, brindle and white collie mix. Marge, like her Simpson namesake, is definitely the leader of this little pack. She is spirited and adventurous and will be a wonderful companion. Marge has recently become SUPER cuddly, and really enjoys a good belly rub. Her parents were left behind when their owners moved, and she was born under the neighbor's shed. The family was rescued when the puppies were just a few days old. The kids are healthy, fat and happy and are ready for their own forever home. Adoption fee includes future spay.

Story
This is Oliver - or sometimes Ollie - and he has made a miraculous transformation since being rescued from the side of I-45. His once coarse hair is now a beautifully soft golden fur. At a year old, he is full grown and is weighing in at about 50 lbs. One of Oliver’s siblings was DNA tested and came back 67% Great Pyrenees and 33% German Shepherd so we’re going with that - he’s got a curl to his tail but no double dew claws. Ollie is simply a love bug who wants nothing more than to be loved. See more pics at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt

Bella is a sweet old girl at 11 years old. Her owner passed away and our local social services team reached out for help. We couldn't say no. Bella is enjoying a quiet life with us; she's healing from loss and some health issues are being addressed. But she's affectionate and loves to sit in our laps. Talk about an easy dog. If you love seniors, she may be the gal for you. As part of our Senior Sanctuary, we will care for her until she finds a forever foster to live our her life. Story
What a girl Miss Reba is! From the toughest of lives living and having babies in a junkyard, she holds no hard feelings; just grateful to be loved and knowing that food is abundant. Reba is the most affectionate dog and loves to be very near you. She's weaned her babies but still stays close. She loves a pack walk with Jessica her new friend and all of their kiddos. Reba would love to be an indoor/outdoor dog so that she can stay close to you when you're home. She's looks a little rough right now, but we know that with good nutrition and love, her revenge tour is imminent. See more pics at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt
