Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
Totem was born August 8, 2022, I was given him by my friend I’ve known my whole life. Totem’s dad is purebred Siberian, and his mom is Husky/Samoyed. Due to my now busy schedule with school and work, I’m unable to give him the love and attention he truly deserves. Believe it or not, he’s a quiet husky 80% of the time, he’s not the most vocal but he loves to lick, everything. I used to walk him, but it’s been awhile since then and is iffy with it since he’s grown accustomed to his backyard. He hasn’t had much experience with other dogs, so I’m not too sure on how he’ll react to others in a new home. He also likes to put his paw on you when you’re giving him attention, I haven’t had much luck getting that to stop.

Story
Baby Girl loves to play, go outside, and enjoys cuddles. When she first meets someone she is very timid but she will warm up to you. She was my Dads dog and he passed away about a year ago. I am moving into an apt so I can only bring 2 pets (I already have 1 dog and 1 cat). We think when she was a puppy she must have been abused because she can be skiddish. Not sure how she would act around small children because she's never been around them.

Story
Hi, I'm Sky! Age: Approx. 1 year Gender: Spayed Female Weight: 40 lbs Breed: Siberian Husky Favorites: Toys, doing zoomies in the play yard, treats Energy level: Moderate Training: None apparent at this time Other important info about me: I’m a spunky, sociable dog that loves adventure! I came to the shelter underweight, dirty, and with an old collar attached to a heavy carabiner and wire. When I first got here it was like I had to learn how to do regular dog things…I didn’t really know what toys were and I wasn’t real sure about the freedom of the play yard. Sadly, it seemed like my life was probably spent on the end of that wire. But hoo boy, once I realized how amazing all that stuff was, I started having the time of my life! Toys are the best, and I zoom around that play yard like I own the place! I’m looking for a forever home where I can experience life to the fullest. Could that be with you? If you are interested in adopting me, please submit an adoption inquiry through this listing, email mbas@montbelvieu.net, or call us at 281-214-9045!

Labrador Retriever German Shorthaired Pointer

Female, Puppy
Baytown, TX
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
We got Midknight off of a truck in a parking lot along with her sister. They were covered in poop and fleas and ticks so my pregnant wife decided to grabbed two puppies! We nursed them, and gave them so much love. They’ve grown together these past 2 months. However as they grow and my wife moves further along in pregnancy, she is unable to care for and handle the energy of two puppies. Midknight is a great dog. She loves to play with her sister and is very sociable with other dogs and people. She knows commands sit, come, wait, and kennel. She is kennel trained, and almost potty trained. She is also food driven and responds very well to training. We are looking for a good home for Midknight where she will be cared for and loved.

American Pit Bull Terrier Mutt

Baytown, TX
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Duke is a sweet and affectionate dog whose current senior owner has recently become disabled and can no longer care for him. Due to frequent hospital stays and limited mobility, Duke isn’t getting the walks, attention, and companionship he deserves. Duke is very friendly, loves people, and enjoys being active. He would thrive in a home or foster situation where he can go on regular walks and spend quality time with someone who has the time and energy to give him the love he’s used to. If you or someone you know can offer Duke a warm, caring home or temporary foster, please reach out. He is ready to bring joy to a new family!

Catahoula Leopard Dog Mutt

Male, Adult
Baytown, TX
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Frankie has been a good boy since 2016. We adopted him as a puppy from a guy I knew who had a purebred female Catahoula that ran across an unknown stray. He has alot of energy still for an older dog. He grew up with another older, smaller dog, and they loved playing together. Not sure how he will be with other dogs since he has lived his whole life in our back yard. He is great with our 3 girls and has never even snapped at anyone. We hope he goes to a place where he can run around and enjoy being outside.
