Athenna is 2 years old born on Halloween about 97% German Shepard can be inside or outside dog potty trained loves kids and adults loves to play. Last year she got stung by a bunch of wasp and had to be in a oxygen tanks for 6 days and on meds for that length of time it cost me about 11,000 to save her she is back and better as ever now healthy and looking for an amazing home

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar.  They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. AXL is a chunky frenchie boy. He was born 9/12/24. He is shy when he meets you , but warms up quickly. He was surrendered from a pet store that closed in New York. He gets along great with others. He was bossy with food when he came but he is getting better every day. He likes older children. Adoption fee 1200.00. He has been neutered. Working on house training. There are no known health issues. We prefer a home who has experience with bulldogs or a similar breed. Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a  $20.00  donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year. Applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under forms/application. Donation should be made through Paypal at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com. We are only available by phone after you have an approved application. All pets are located in the southeast. Transport is available to the NE for an additional $300.00 transport fee. We do not adopt in MA, RI due to import laws. Residents MUST pick up in CT. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites. Please read the FAQ on our website for additional information. Adoption fees are cash or money order only. Molly is a super special girl who is very sweet and loving. She wants nothing more than to be with you full time. She can be a little overwhelming to little ones with her affection depending on the child. Our youngest she is a little overwhelming for. She is good with other dogs and does fine with our cat. She needs someone who can give her tons of attention, she would do best in a home as the only dog or only one other dog. Not because of any aggression problems but just so she isn’t feeling like she isn’t getting the attention she deserves. She would make an excellent farm dog or would be great with someone looking for a best friend. We really do love her but with our youngest being a bit overwhelmed by her we’re not able to give her to time she needs. She loves to give hugs and always has a smile on her face, and she will greet you as if you’re the best thing to ever happen to her. She is spayed as well.

Kip is a great dog, however he is very silly. He loves to be outside, play fetch with sticks, and loves a good bone. He definitely needs room to run as he has lived on a farm his entire life. He hates baths, but loves to take a swim in the pond. I would love for him to go to an active and loving family where he could be free to roam around. He has never been on a leash. He will bark at strangers, but has never shown aggression towards them. He has grown up with older children. I have never let toddlers or babies get in his face so I don’t know how he would do with small children. We are needing to rehome him because we are moving out of state. Our next home does not have the things he needs for a good quality of life.

Needs a kid who plays ball. Fetch is his most fun thing to do! Older guy, good with all other animals, livestock too! Hates thunderstorms and fireworks, so he will need to be inside during this, but likes being outside alot as well. He is housetrained, dont much like crates, but ok to do when mopping the floors if you add a good chew bone in there : ) Is a good porch pup! Barks only when a car drives up.

Story
Both front legs handicapped! birth defect due to backyard breeder. He can hobble across the floor to go out to potty, kinda like a kangaroo, and he can play in the grass which he loves, and with some toys as well. He is sweet. Very, but wiggles, and wiggles and wiggles when happy. Loves to play at his foster parents home with their dog Charlie the rotty. . He has a wheelchair but the flooring has to be smooth and he really doesn't like or need it unless on a long walk.. We are hoping for prosthetics and have at least at this point made one contact. He has been featured on Nickelodeon. He walks like a kangaroo, and tries to jump up and give you attention but has no legs to hold himself onto you if you are standing, but he is a lap dog. He needs the PERFECT place, is your place that place? We require all families foster the first two weeks to be sure this sweet animal will fit in and be part of your family, otherwise we want him back, we love him. He's a well rounded pup cared for by our wonderful foster family and gets along with other animals and people.
