His name is Rio and he is 4 years old. We took him in because my brother in law was moving out of state. We have another large dog that he gets along well with. We are looking for someone who has the time for him. He is “go, go, go” constantly and my wife and I do it have the time. Our house and yard are small and we just don’t have the room for two large dogs. We both work full time and an hour away. He needs attention and lots of running room. Basically two large dogs are too much for us. Rio is a sweetheart and is good with anyone and any dog. He is healthy and about 75 lbs.

Tzalmon has had a pretty tragic beginning, but we hope his future will be much brighter!Tzalmon came to us as a former bait dog. He bears the scars of his horrific beginning. He also came to us with a broken leg sustained from his abuse as a puppy. He has since had surgery to repair his leg and he is healing beautifully. He is starting to put weight on his leg and is doing well on walks. Which he LOVES! Tzalmon also proves that dogs are resilient and too pure of heart for us mere humans. He is so loving and has tested excellent with other dogs. Tzalmon is a 9 month old male terrier mix and is approximately 45lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Her ideal home would be best in a home with a fenced in yard. Asha has tested well with other dogs, however she is a no go with small animals such as cats and chickens. She is such a lovebug and deserves a family who will give her space to run and a couch to call home! Asha is a 1 year old female Mountain Cur Mix with the cutest nub tail! She is approximately 43 lbs.All pets that are adopted out of Animal Harbor are fully vetted. This means they are spayed/neutered and receive a Rabies, yearly vaccinations, preventatives for heartworms as well as flea/tick, and microchipped along with any additional vetting required to keep them healthy and happy. Dogs/puppies 6 months and above are all heartworm tested (and treated if needed) and all cats/kittens are combo tested for Feline Leukemia and AIDS. This fella is Miguel! Miguel and his 3 siblings ended up at the county Animal Control as small puppies. They came to Animal Harbor in January of 2024 and have been with us ever since. All puppies in this litter are happy go lucky pups that are super social and just want love! Miguel is an 11 month old male Cattle Dog Mix and is 32lbs.All pets that are adopted out of Animal Harbor are fully vetted. This means they are spayed/neutered and receive a Rabies, yearly vaccinations, preventatives for heartworms as well as flea/tick, and microchipped along with any additional vetting required to keep them healthy and happy.
