Story
Gemma is a 6 year old female English Bulldog. She came to rescue looking pretty sad after spending her life in a breeding facility. In the few months she's been in rescue, we've seen her blossom both inside and out. She's this BIGGEST love bug you will ever meet and just adores attention. Gemma is making up for lost time on snuggles and doesn't have time for or understand why anyone else has time for other dogs either... for this reason, she will need to be the only pet in the home. We have no doubt the perfect family is out there for her just waiting to shower her with as much love as she can soak up!Gemma's adoption fee is $450. She is up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, is microchipped and will be spayed and have a dental with her adoption fee. She went into heat just prior to her scheduled surgery, so we will reschedule with her new forever family when it is safe for her to do so. Please visit our website at www.bsquaddogrescue.com to review our adoption process and complete an application.ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS-ONLY PET HOME-PHYSICALLY FENCED IN YARD PREFERRED TO HELP WITH HER REACTION TO OTHER DOGS.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Downstream is a very handsome breeder release boy. He is a bit timid when meeting new people but once he trusts you, he wants nothing more than to be by your side or in your lap. He definitely loves his foster mom and has no problem clearing a 2.5-foot baby gate to follow her upstairs. He is more timid around men versus women.  Downstream loves soft, cozy blankets and hanging out on the elevated dog beds. He hasn't shown much interest in toys yet but loves his food.  He is still working on his housetraining but doing well.  ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Physically fenced in yard to keep him safe. Confident resident dog to help Downstream build confidence and continue to learn what being a dog is all about. Family with older, dog savvy kids only. Downstream has been neutered and tested negative for heartworm and tick-borne illness. He is current on vaccinations (rabies, distemper/lepto, and bordetella) & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500 plus tax.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 28, 2024, 9:28 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Tony is a handsome little chihuaua who came to SFCR as a breeder release. Tony is such a funny little guy - he loves toys including nylabones that are as big as he is. He mingles well with the other dogs in his foster home, for the most part. Every once in awhile he gets a little hot and bothered by other male dogs but nothing too serious. Tony is doing very well with going #2 outside but wears a belly band inside because he is still learning not to mark in the house.    ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Physically fenced in yard to keep him safe - no invisible fences. Leash/harness walking is still a work in progress. Small breed resident dog preferred.  Adult home or home with older, respectful children only (12+). Tony has been neutered and had a dental with multiple extractions (including 3 of his canine teeth). He tested negative for heartworm & tick-borne disease, is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400 plus tax.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 28, 2024, 9:28 pm
