Story
I rescued a stray who had been dumped on my road. Only had her here with me for a few weeks when she went into labor. I didn’t know she was pregnant. She was underweight, terrified, and had lots of trauma. She gave birth to 2 males and 4 females. There are 5 pups left with 1 female currently adopting in progress. Momma is medium sized weighing in at a healthy 40lbs now. Calm demeanor, good with people, and other dogs. Puppies have been well socialized, good with various adults, not been with children. They are energetic, affectionate, loving, and will make a good pet.

Story
I rescued Jackson ( named for Michael Jackson because he has one white paw that reminded me of MJ’s one gloved hand). He was sitting on the side of a major highway in the middle of a thunderstorm. I know he had been there for hours and was with another dog that was hit by a car and killed. He is around a year old now. I’ve had him for 6 months and planned to keep him. But recently my indoor/outdoor cats were coming in to get out of the cold and he got hold of one of them. He wasn’t playing and it would’ve been bad if I hadn’t been there to stop it. So because my cats were here first, and I have 7 of them, it’s only fair to them I find him another home without cats. I also have 7 other dogs that he gets along great with. But with so many animals I have no time to try to train him. He walks well in a leash. He is smart and very trainable. He is high energy and would do well with an active person or family. He loves people and knows some basic commands.

Story
Scoop was adopted from the Florence humane society, and she has been such a sweet angel. She does great with my kids (age 2 and 6) and other dogs. We are moving and unfortunately will be near a large, busy highway and don't want to risk her getting out and being injured or worst. She is an outdoor baby but does have seasonal allergies. She’s hyper, loving, and loves to play fetch and run!

Story
Enzo has had a very rough start to life. At just 1 year old , this poor baby has seen horrifc things.Found on the street with his brother, Enzo was picked up by animal control and brought to a high kill shelter. Knowing only his brother, Enzo started to shut down when his brother was taken from their kennel and euthanized for space. He was then thrown in a kennel with another dog. Eventually his time was up, and our rescue was contacted to see if we could save him.We did..but it is also believed he was kicked or beaten , from the way he reacts to certain movement. Enzo is super sweet, just traumatized. We are working with him to help him trust humans again, but understandably this is going to take some time. Enzo likes other dogs and is learning from a few at the rescue, but he still tries to avoid people. He needs someone with experience and patience who will help him trust again.
