This handsome pup is Sullivan! Sullivan was adopted from a municipal shelter, then unfortunately found himself back at that same shelter after a good Samaritan found him injured on the side of the road. He has recovered from his injuries and is looking for his forever home. Sullivan gets along well with other dogs and is interested in cats. He knows basic commands such as sit and stay. Sullivan is crate-trained and potty-trained and loves to go on nice long walks. He often will find a stick on his walk just so he can carry it around. Sullivan loves to meet people. He would be a perfect companion for hiking or walking trails. Sullivan would do best with a dog sibling to play with, a fenced-in yard, and an active family. This sweet squish is Ellie, a one year old pittie mix girl who came to us from a local shelter. Ellie is fully house trained, crate trained, and knows some basic commands. She has spent lots of time in a foster home learning what it means to be a good girl! She LOVES children and is a bit scared of cats but with time and training she would be fantastic with them as well! Ellie gets nervous around other dogs at first, but a proper introduction will allow for Ellie to gain confidence and be friendly with other dogs. Ellie is playful, affectionate, puppy-like, and a total lap dog, and she LOVES balls! She could play fetch all day. Ellie absolutely loves to be outside and she always needs something in her mouth whether it be a ball or toy. She has super fun and playful energy, but after she runs for a little while she is a cuddle bug and puts herself in bed at night. Ellie is an all around great pup who is ready to find her perfect home! We promised Ellie that the rest of her life, would be the best of her life. Poor girl was skin and bones when she was found, with cuts and wounds over her body, she was a mess! Since being in our care, Uncrustable has been slowly coming out of her shell and healing from her ordeal. She is a friendly, spunky girl wih a lot of love to give! She loves treats and walks, gets along with other dogs, and loves people and attention. Badger LOVES stuffy toys, gets along great with other dogs, and loves kids. He is scared of cats, so a no cat household is best for this scaredy cat (LOL)! Honey Badger is extremely snuggly and is convinced he is a lap dog. Like most hounds, he does love a good fence climb, so monitoring and extra training are needed to curve his houndy instincts! This beautiful girl is Nessie, a 5 year old chocolate lab mix who has a hard story. Nessie was found as a stray after being hit by a car. She suffered an injury to her spine and has gotten surgery to correct the injury. She is now on crate rest and PT to heal, and soon enough she will be good as new! Nessie has had such a hard life so far, who knows what else this poor soul has been through. But we are spoiling her and loving her the best we can until her forever family comes along! Nessie is a sweet, gentle soul who has never met a stranger. She is still shy, given her situation, but once she warms up she is such a lovely girl. We don't know much about how Nessie will be once she is healed, but we have no doubt she will make an incredible dog! We promised Nessie that the rest of her life, would be the best of her life.
