Facts about Ella...she loves playing in the water, she likes laying around, she does well inside or outside, she will let you know when she needs to go out to use the bathroom, calm and loving, she loves to eat. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Main Email CARE (caretoadopt@gmail.com), (803) 622-9813 for more information about this pet. The most accurate and up to date information about adoptable pets is on our official website at www.caretoadopt.org. American Bully/Staffordshire TerrierWaylon was rescued & adopted by a woman who sadly passed away soon after. He was surrendered to CARE by her family. He does well in a crate, walks well on leash, loves car rides, and is house trained. Waylon is food motivated & has learned to take treats gently. He is smart and does well with training. Waylon would do best with an adult and as the only pet, no kids. He's sweet & playful, but used to resource guard toys & doesn't know his own strength sometimes. He can be protective of his person and home. He should be crated when company visits or work is being done on the house. He should not be introduced to people in his yard or home. Most likely, after a long period of bonding and building confidence in his home, Waylon will be able to have company and understand they aren't taking his person or home away from him. Waylon loves an adventure, loves to be loved on, & keeps his nose to the ground often (would excel at nose work!). This sweet pea is also quite happy relaxing by himself or snuggling on the couch with his person.Adoption Fee: $75 Waylon is currently living in a boarding facility. The staff love him dearly and try to spend extra time with him whenever they can. He deserves a forever family. He is heartworm negative. A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.The most accurate and complete information about available dogs can be found on our official website at www.caretoadopt.org. Breeds are sometimes known, but sometimes our best educated guess.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.www.caretoadopt.org Adoption saves lives! The most accurate and up to date information about adoptable pets is on our official website at www.caretoadopt.org. Meet Kay!Kay is a loving, smart, but protective girl. She would do best with a single person who's willing to put Kay up if company comes over. She is very loving & sweet with us, but apparently selective with people once in a home. Kay is leash trained and house trained, doesn't mess up anything in the home.Adoption Fee: $75Requirements: Experienced & Patient dog person, Fenced yardAn adopter should expect it to take time for Kay to settle into a new home and routine, take things slow, don't have company over until a bond is established. We can help you with the process.  Kay is living in our boarding facility and does well with our staff ages 14 to 60 years old, males and females. Kay has never shown an aggression towards us. When she was adopted out previously, she did charge some family members.Kay's previous pet parents spent a lot of time with her, taught her many commands, and deeply loved them. Sadly, they fell on hard times, lost their home and surrenderd all 4 pets of their to CARE. Kay once lived with a doberman female and 2 senior cats. If interested in giving this sweet girl the forever home she deserves, apply today!  A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Story
PLEASE SHARE FOR BUDDY Buddy is looking for a cat-less home. He is a very sweet, loving and a smart pup. He’s 2 years old and has been bounced around but not his own fault. He is doing well walking on leash but still will pull if he sees a cat he wants to chase for fun. He is about 40-45 lbs and super strong. He thinks he’s a lap dog, loves butt scratches and belly rubs. If you are interested in Buddy please let me know.
