Story
Ahoy, mateys! Meet Pirate! Pirate is a 3-year-old who is believed to be a St. Bernard/shepherd mix. He is vaccinated and neutered. Pirate is a large, agile, and lean dog. One thing you need to know about Pirate is that he's a gentle giant! He is a very sweet, friendly, and eager boy, just ready to make friends! Pirate tends to be a boisterous, high-energy dog; he would do perfectly in an environment that has plenty of space for him to play. Pirate hopes to find a fur-ever home with an unending source of activity and, most importantly, love!! Our Pirate got lost at sea and found his way to our shelter. When he first arrived, Pirate was very underweight; he is currently on a weight-gain journey; there will be a lot more of him to love! This pooch has a great appetite and is very food-driven. Pirate is a food fiend! Pirate has not been tested with other dogs yet; however, we can arrange that prior to fostering/adoption. Pirate is looking to sail many seas with the perfect pirate companion by his side.
