Story
Meet Neesha, a dog with a tale that's sure to tickle your funny bone. Once a self-proclaimed 'free spirit,' Neesha's journey to the shelter began when she attempted to join a squirrel yoga class in the park. The squirrels, however, were not so keen on her downward dog. After a hilarious chase involving three squirrels, two pigeons, and a very confused park ranger, Neesha found herself at the shelter. Just kidding! (Or are we?...) Neesha is sweet, friendly, and has a wiggly enthusiasm for life. She loves to give kisses and will gently paw you for attention. With her joyful spirit and love for laughter, Neesha is ready to find a loving home where she can share her zest for life and maybe even find a yoga class that appreciates her unique style. Meet Buddha! We are excited to introduce you to our Australian Cattle Dog looking for a new home! This breed is known for their intelligence, loyalty, and energetic nature, making them fantastic companions for active families and individuals. Buddha's personality has really come full circle in his time here, and if you are familiar with cattle dog antics then he will really warm your heart. This guy would love to be a working dog, he is a quick learner and has the energy to herd all of your sheep. Regardless of that, he is a very cuddly and sweet dog. Buddha would prefer to be the only pet in the home! He truly wants to be fully bonded to you with all of your attention for himself. He is a very special dog to all of us here at the shelter and we want the absolute best home for him! If you are interested in Buddha, please call us here at (401)846-8276. Buddha is a special adoption through our behavior department, so if you would like to schedule a time to meet with him, you can contact either Alisha (abrzozowy@potterleague.org) or Shy (sevans@potterleague.org).
