Story
I adopted Maggie from a shelter and she was very timid at first but as she began to warm up to the home she became very energized and had a problem with play biting. It took her about a week to get over that with proper training, she is a good learner if you can keep her attention. My only issue with her is she has a bit of separation anxiety and I am not sure how to treat that. She is a very loving and sweet dog, unfortunately when I moved into a new apartment, then landlord did not accept pets. Looking for a loving home for her

Story
Boo is a very lovable pup from providence animal shelter in media pa. He loves to go on walks and hike! He's older now so he loves his sleep and getting to be outside. Boo is very low maintenance now that he's a little bit older. He is fully potty trained and sometime will wait til the storm or rains stops to go potty! He is trained with walking, sit, stay and leave it. He loves to be with people tho if there are storms or fire works. He doesn't do anything but just sit next to you because he can get a little scared but other than that he just wants to know you're there with him. He is very loyal and just love him a lot but my full time work schedule and baby have became a priority. I just want the absolute best for boo and nothing else. If you would like to learn more about boo just ask away. Thanks so much!

Story
She is so sweet and definitely has higher energy. She would love a yard and walks that tire her out. She LOVES cuddles and just being close to you. She walks great on a leash and will listen good on walks. She Also knows drop it, leave it, stay, sit and spin. She is very eager to learn just wants to be loved. She is very food driven as well. I would love to see Cece in a home with a lot of exercise and someone that has the patience and time as I have a infant and full time job. I just want the absolute best life for her. If you're interested please feel free to ask any questions. Also a meet and greet to see if you guys fit well together. I am very open to a trial run as well just to ensure she is the right fit for both. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you!

Story
Riley joined our family when she was found being abandoned on the side of the road. She has been a loved member of our family for years. It is with a heavy heart that we are looking to re-home her as we have recently welcomed a baby into our family and we can no longer provide Riley with the care and time that she needs. Riley is a sweet dog who would do best in a single-pet household with older children who are familiar with dogs as she has high energy and loves to play. Riley loves her people and shows her affection by cuddling and laying belly up for belly rubs as often as possible. Riley would be a great companion for a family who has a fenced in yard where she can run and enjoy time playing with her humans. We love Riley and would love to see her go to a loving home!

Story
Socialization/training: Charlie knows the commands Kennel, here, “no”, off, trade, leave it. We do our walks with a no pull harness and that help reduce his pulling. He is a high energy dog. He gets along well with other dogs but he does try to be fun police with some bigger dogs. He is a very well socialized and outgoing with all humans. He is a very sweet dog.  Crate trained: Yes, but he has some separation anxiety, so I use a belly band when I leave the house. Leash trained: This is a work in progress for Charlie. He needs a no-pull harness (Gentle Leader or Easy Walk harness) to reduce his pulling during walks. Activity Level: Charlie is your typical setter boy with high energy levels!  Fence: Yes, he will need a home with a physical fence, but 4’ height would be fine for him. He respects the fence in his foster home.  Behavior: Charlie is a true setter with a high prey drive. He loves toys! He's not destructive to property apart from toys, which he likes to play with. He is a goofy boy! He wants to learn and is very food and toy motivated, so he's easy to train. He is very affectionate, as he likes to kiss and nibble his human. He is more of a velcro dog and likes to be with his person, he is learning to not follow his person around inside. Medical History: Charlie is a lucky boy, as with the help of Above & Beyond, he survived stage 4 heartworm disease! He is clinically normal and he should be able to reach typical life expectancy for a setter. He is on a supplement for his heart and needs yearly echocardiograms. He is still on meds for separation anxiety. This dog is amazing and tough. Foster Comments: Charlie is not suitable for low energy environment, as he is a high energy boy and needs to be able to burn off his energy daily. He will need patience from his forever home; he had no self-control behaviors before coming to rescue a year ago, but he has learned a lot and has come a long way. His adopter will need to continue working with him. He will still steal food Foster Location: San Antonio, Texas  Volunteer transport can be arranged in the Continental US within a 1,000-mile distance between adopters & foster home. If interstate transport is provided for your adopted dog, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for the required Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (“Health Certificate”).  Typically, we are able to transport your adopted dog to within 2 hours of your home. *Dogs can be adopted outside the 1000-mile transport distance; however, adopters must be willing to either fly their adopted dog, drive to a location within the 1000-mile transport range, or make independent transport arrangements for their adopted dog. Transports to far Western states, from Eastern states, may have additional restrictions. ##1782385##
