Trooper is a loving dog, but he has some fears. He is scared of going outside and needs a house with a fenced in yard to help him acclimate. He does not like loud noises. He also gets very energetic inside the house and needs to be around children older than 5. He is playful but sometimes too much and does not realize his size when he runs around.

Meet cubbie! He’s a loving best friend who loves attention even when you don’t ask for it. He loves walks, playing fetch, and finding toys hidden around the house. We adopted cub from an old roommate who never cared for him and was not trained. We wanted to give him the best home and we did until we are now moving and I want him to find his forever home. It breaks my heart but I know there is someone out there for him who he can play with everyday. He loves to stay busy and always comes by you on the couch to drop the ball on your lap so he can run after it. He will follow you everywhere whether you want him to or not. He’s a personal shadow. You can’t help but live his goofy personality.

Story

Tanner is a 8 year old Bloodhound rescue mix approx. 65lbs.He is a loving old man who needs a quiet home and would love a yard to explore. He loves being outside, and does great on car rides. He is a gentle giant that, loves other people and does well with both cats and other dogs. He is housetrained, and crate trained. He can be goofy at times, but is very laid back. He enjoys doing his own thing most days, which includes observing everything and sleeping in the sun. Although Tanner is a good boy, he does have some quarks to him. We suggest that if you have other dogs or animals, you feed him in a separate room where the other animals are not able to bother him. The same goes with children. He enjoys that time to himself. Tanner, does not like children which has led him to this path. We would like someone to adopt him that has no children living in the house. Unfortunately, the situation he is in now is not ideal for him. He is a good boy, that deserves to live out his golden years.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Northampton, PA Meet Venom! He is an 3 year old Australian Shepherd mix (the other breed is unknown) and weighs 60 lbs. He is up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t neutered. Venom is nervous around strangers and will sometimes growl at first! He is good with kids! He hasn’t been tested around cats. He doesn’t live with other dogs, but is good with dogs outside of the home! He is housebroken and crate-trained. Venom bit the owner’s son twice. The first incident occurred after her son hit him on the head with a toy for second time after Venom growled at him for doing it the first time. The second incident occurred after her son placed a toy on his head. The owner has told her son not to do that, but he keeps rough housing with Venom. She is surrendering him because of the bite incidents. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Venom, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Venom. I am a very loving pup and a wonderful companion, and I have a big and goofy personality to match my big and goofy ears! I am also a big snuggle bug in the home, and I love being social with people. I am young and still need a bit of work on basic obedience but I am eager to please. I can get a little over-aroused and mouthy when I am excited so it would be best that any kids in the home are 8 and older and dog-savvy. Cats are unfortunately a no for me, but I am open to living with another dog with proper introduction. I have met other dogs and I enjoy their company.
