Story
Sansa is a female, 3 year old, pure purebred German shepherd. She is good girl but has a lot of energy and needs stimulation/attention that unfortunately we cannot give her. We are very busy with a large family of young children and isn’t getting the attention she deserves. She is good with kids and playful but not a good fit for our lifestyle. She needs more than what we can do for her. We are looking for an active person/couple/family that can give her all the attention that she needs and deserves. Take her on hikes, trips, teach/give tasks etc; she loves attention and will love you unconditionally. She is very friendly with people and does well around her two dog friends but outside dogs should be slow introduction. She does have some reactivity issues. Any questions please ask. I want to make sure she is going to a home that will love and spoil her forever, and give her everything she deserves to have.

Story
Maverick is a 5/6 year old shepherd mix. We rescued him when he was nearly one year old. He has been a part of our family with our older dog who is 9 and our now almost 2 year old daughter. He is the most sweet, loving boy and wants nothing more than to lay on you and cuddle or run outside and play. He is fully trained and is a good listener. However, mav has A LOT of anxiety. He barks when people walk by the house, he needs a LOT of time to trust people coming into the home (will bark and pace). So he needs someone who is patient. Most importantly, he must be the only dog. He has begun guarding our daughter and his food, and takes this out on our older dog pretty severely. So he MUST be in a loving home where he is the ONLY DOG. Mav really is the sweetest boy and we want him to go to another loving home.

Sadly the owner in her 80's tripped and fell and broke her hip. She is in the hospital and cannot care of her two precious babies. She was tripped up by one of them and broke her pelvis in 4 places. BONDED PAIR MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. Here is a bit of info : SAM 3 year old male (UTD/neutered/weight approx. 170-175) and LUCY 1.5 year old female (UTD/spayed/weight 120). THEY LOVE EVERYONE, good with other dogs, but SAM IS NOT GOOD WITH CATS. Never been around cats. But roam freely on the property and do not run away. Love children. NO STRANGER DANGER AT ALL. They love everyone and love having company. If you are petting one, you must pet the other. Sam is not a fan of the car. He will obey and you have to get him in, but then he is fine. I have had this issue many times myself with dogs. But, a few trips to dairy queen or the hot dog stand and.or a wonderful park, they usually fall in love with the car.
