Story
Tanner is a 8 year old Bloodhound rescue mix approx. 65lbs.He is a loving old man who needs a quiet home and would love a yard to explore. He loves being outside, and does great on car rides. He is a gentle giant that, loves other people and does well with both cats and other dogs. He is housetrained, and crate trained. He can be goofy at times, but is very laid back. He enjoys doing his own thing most days, which includes observing everything and sleeping in the sun. Although Tanner is a good boy, he does have some quarks to him. We suggest that if you have other dogs or animals, you feed him in a separate room where the other animals are not able to bother him. The same goes with children. He enjoys that time to himself. Tanner, does not like children which has led him to this path. We would like someone to adopt him that has no children living in the house. Unfortunately, the situation he is in now is not ideal for him. He is a good boy, that deserves to live out his golden years.

Topi and Apple are now ready for adoption......these two gems have seriously bonded since being in foster together and we just don't have the heart to separate them. Apple would be devastated to be away from Topi, so we have decided to post them for adoption as a bonded pair. ❤ Both of these dogs are completely vetted, house trained, happy, love to be outside sunbathing, are very well socialized with other dogs, both are very affectionate and absolutely wonderful companions for some lucky family. Apple is around 9 months old and weighs about 80 lbs., but is thin and still growing. Topi is a 5 year old beauty, who is a total babysitter for all dogs, people and kids...She likes to hold hands with her people and give kisses...❤ Topi has lost 20 lbs. since we saved her, but could stand to lose about 10-15 more!...Her current weight is 79 lbs. Topi enjoys chasing birds and squirrels and has chased stray cats, so a home without cats is recommended. If you live in the northeast USA or Texas and are interested in adopting these two very special girls, please fill out an adoption application. You can't go wrong with Topi and Apple! Hope to hear from you soon....❤...Topi and Apple are completely vetted and will come with their vet records, beds, balls, bones, brand new harnesses, collars, leashes and food for transitioning. Story
We have a VERY special boy who is looking for his forever home. Meet Kal, whose owner surrendered him to us, because he is leaving the country and wanted to make sure his boy got the very best home. Kal's owner picked him up as a stray a couple of years ago, when he found him abandoned on a ranch in Texas. Since then, Kal has been a very loyal companion. He is a very CALM boy, who knows basic commands, is house trained, very loving and just an all-around good guy ❤ Kal is a big, 6-7 year old, weighing in at about 150 lbs., but could stand to lose a little weight to protect his joints. Kal would be the perfect companion for a retired couple or someone who works from home, who live in a rural setting, as Kal is used to living in the country with his retired owner. Kal would be perfectly happy as a single dog, as people are his focus, but gets along fine with the other dogs in his playgroup, he just doesn't show any interest in playing. That said, if you live in the Northeast OR Texas and are interested in giving this sweet guy a home, please fill out an adoption application. Hope to hear from you soon......Kal's adoption fee is $500, which includes complete vetting and medical record, new bed, Harness, leashes, collar, ball, bone, food for transitioning and transport to his new home....
