Story
Hi, my name is Bunny. I am a 4 year old wirehaired terrier/chihuahua mix. I am a busy body so will need an active family to give me plenty of exercise and play time. I came into the rescue with my sibling, Kitty. We can be adopted together or separately. We love being together but it does not distract us from giving our attention and affection to our humans. I am much more confident than Kitty.

Story
Hi, my name is Scotty and I am a 3 year old chihuahua mix. I am a shy boy at first with strangers, but once I am comfortable, my favorite place to be is lying with my person holding hands. I am very affectionate. I love to play with a few of the smaller dogs at the rescue. I have been chasing the kitties lately, so I will need gentle reminders that is not ok. I do take direction well. Dora is one of my buddies at the rescue.

Story
Hi. Scotty here. Just letting you know that I am STILL looking for my new home. I am a young terrier mix. Everyone says I am smart and resemble a border collie but nobody knows who my parents were. I am very affectionate and love going for walks. I love my doggy friend in my current foster home and I did good with the cats at the rescue when I was living there. I adore snuggling in bed with my humans at night. I have lots of young dog energy and think I would really like to go hiking with my new family. I do need a really secure yard with a tall fence as I like to go out exploring. When my humans aren't home, they put me in a crate so I don't get into mischief. I will be your best friend if you'll give me a chance.

Story
This is Lola. She is currently in a foster home where she is doing well with the kids and other dogs. She is sweet senior girl in need of a forever home. She is not necessarily a lap dog but she loves hanging out in her dog bed within close proximity of her family. Her foster family adores her but they cannot rescue another dog while Lola is still with them. Please consider giving her a loving home for her remaining years.

Our mission, with the help of our rescue partners, is to save as many as we can. Compassion, honesty, and integrity are the foundation of our efforts. Please help us save dogs by supporting ADWH Rescue through adoption, fostering, or donations.
