I’m up to date on my vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and I’m healthy! I’m quickly learning to use my potty pads and I do really well sleeping in my crate. I’m a quiet pup and I’m pretty calm for my breed. I really love to just be in my persons lap or to be carried around. I’m ready to find my new family! Story
Hi! My name is Lucy! I was found abandoned in front of a homeless shelter in Fresno, CA. I was intercepted before being taken to a high kill shelter. I am safe now with my rescue in Oregon. I am a very sweet and affectionate little girl. I love playing with my toys and other dogs. I love people! I’m up to date on my vaccines, crate trained, and I’m still working on my potty training. I had no one to teach me. I’m microchipped and was recently spayed. I’m really good with children too and would make a great family pup. I’m estimated to be 7-8 months old. I currently weigh 8lbs and wont get much bigger if I do grow more. I need a home with an active family to take me on walks and a yard I can play in. I love to jump in laps and just give kisses, but I also really like to play. If you are interested in adopting me, please go directly to my rescues website at savingoneawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. I’m excited to meet you! Love, Lucy

Story
BENNETT is a people loving Husky/Malamute (best guess). He is 5 years old and 58 pounds. Everyone who has met him falls in love! He is fostered in McMinnville, Oregon and we will meet folks with screened applications partway or pall the way to Eugene, Sisters, Bend, and other Mid-Willamette Valley areas. He is a super sweet boy that spent the first 5 years of his life chained to a tree, but despite that, he has such joie de vie. He's keen to explore and learn about all the things he's missed out on. He's learning new things every day: how to "sit", "wait", "leave it" and recall, as well as leash manners. He loves car rides and is up for any adventure. He appears to be crate trained, and he keeps his kennel clean. He has been visiting in his foster home, but has not lived full time in a house, so he will need some help with the adjustment to full time house living. He does not potty or mark in the horse stall that is currently his home, so we believe he will be easy to house train. He has been neutral with other dogs, even really annoying Border Collies! He could be a great hiking/adventure buddy and could probably have fun doing dog sports like barn hunt or nosework, maybe agility or .... ? This boy is a super sweet, snuggly dog who really deserves an opportunity to make up for all he’s missed out on in his first 5 years. He has such potential! Bennett is neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, flea & tick treated and micro-chipped. He is on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is 300. A great home for Bennett and his must haves include: 1. An owned home with a full size and securely six foot fenced yard. 2. Adopters who have rescue AND northern breed experience or who have researched the breed well. 3. Folks who consider their pets as family members. 4. Adopters who are up for transitioning him to be an indoor dog. We will help you! If you meet ALL the above criteria, please either inquire or apply. To inquire, please email: awoofovermyhead@gmail.com with "Bennett" in the subject line. Tell us a bit about yourself and how Bennett will fit into your life. Leave a phone number so that we may reach out. Story
Hi, I'm Prancer, a 9 year old, 9 pound handsome long legged little Chihuahua boy. I love cuddles, walks, exploring the yard and the couch. I am equal parts snooze and cruise. Prancer is fostered in Cascadia, OR, about an hour from Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, Sisters. 1.5 from Bend and about 2 hours from Portland and Newport. This sweetheart is house trained and knows several training cues. He walks off leash by your side in a safe places. He gets along with other small dogs and loves cats that are dog savvy. Prancer has spent time living neglected in an outdoor pen, fed intermittently. He spent too many hours crated in his last home, and has been mishandled by a child. Despite all of this, he is a very nice boy. So no kids for this guy. Prancer is neutered, has had two dentals in his life. He is vaccinated, microchipped, de-wormed, and is on flea and tick prevention. His adoption fee is $350. A great home and his must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home with a fully fenced yard. 2. Adopters who are not gone long hours. Prancer has had enough of long hours alone and enough crate time. 3. Folks who will treat him as a family member and who will include him in their fun activities. If you meet all above criteria, we welcome an inquiry or an application from you. To inquire, please email: awoofovermyhead@gmail.com with "Prancer" in the subject line. Please include some information about yourselves and how Prancer will fit into your life. Please leave a phone number where you can be reached. To apply, please complete the following application on a tablet or computer: https://forms.gle/74EQE3QKWv18bygw6 Non-cigarette smokers only, please. Thank you.

Story
Jackson (Jax) is looking for his family! Please adopt me now <3 This guy is a fun loving 70 lbs American Bulldog mix with possibly some other bully and/or Weimaraner mixed in. He is about 4.5 years old.  He loves to go for walks, would be an excellent running/hiking buddy.  He is so crate trained that if you say kennel, he goes right to it.  He also will put himself to bed in his crate if he feels you are staying up too late.  He has that awesome puppy energy but the smarts to immediately calm down as soon as you say his name.  He knows sit, lay down, go out (from the kitchen lol) and walks beautifully on a leash. Best as an only dog because his past experience with other dogs is mixed. He does best with a strong leader. No cats, but he is okay with chickens. Out of an abundance of caution, no small kids even though he's shown no issues with kids and actually likes them. He's fixed, chipped, and current on his vaccinations. Adoption fee of $250 includes the aforementioned items. Currently in need of new foster (or adopter) in Oregon. He can be adopted in Oregon or Southwest Washington. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. Please apply here: https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/0b9tH5evbdz. Story
Richard will be 3 in April. He is such an energetic dog, with lots of love to give you. I adopted him from a shelter in Massachusetts without knowing his background. He needs a fenced in yard, or somewhere where he can run and play. He knows sit and down. He had training for walking, where he doesn’t pull on the leash but he may need additional training for behavior issues while walking (getting too excited when seeing other people or dogs). He has such an amazing personality, and if I could I would keep him but he needs somewhere he can be outside and someone who can match his energy. He loves toys and treats.
