Story
Benji is a sweet and gentle 4-year-old Labrador Retriever mix looking for a patient and understanding family to call his own. He can be a bit shy and fearful at first, especially in new situations, but once he warms up to you, he'll be your best friend for life! He's very treat-motivated, which makes training a breeze. Benji loves to play fetch and tug-of-war, especially with his favorite tennis ball! Due to his timid nature, Benji would do best in a quiet adult-only home with a securely fenced yard where he can relax and feel safe. He has shown to be dog-tolerant but would need slow and careful introductions to any potential furry siblings. With a little love and patience, Benji will blossom into the most loyal and loving companion. If you think you can give Benji the loving home he deserves, please come meet him today!!💖🐶 Primary Color: Tan Weight: 63.375 Age: 4yrs 2mths 0wks

Story
Hi, I'm Galileo! I'm a 2.5-year-old playful pup looking for my new best friend. I'm an energetic guy who loves to be active and would thrive with an adventurous human. I enjoy exploring and playing, and I'm always up for a good time. I'll admit, I can be a bit of a goofball sometimes - I get excited easily and might jump up to say hello (I'm working on that!). I also have a playful mouth, but I'm learning to keep those teeth to myself. Because I'm so full of energy, I need a home with a fenced yard where I can run and burn off some steam. While I haven't always had the best luck making doggy friends in the past, I might do well with another dog in my new home. We'd just need to have some slow and careful introductions to make sure we get along. I'm also working on my leash manners - sometimes I think it's a game of tug-of-war! With some patience and positive reinforcement, I know I can improve. My previous family mentioned that I may have some separation anxiety, but with a loving and understanding human, I'm sure I can overcome it! I really love getting pets, especially around my ears and haunches, so don't be shy about showing me some affection! If you're looking for an active and affectionate companion who will keep you on your toes and fill your days with laughter, I might be the perfect pup for you! I promise to bring lots of love and joy into your life.💖🐶 Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 86.25 Age: 2yrs 7mths 0wks

Story
Hey there! I'm Sabbath, but my foster family calls me Sabby or Sabatino. I'm a sweet, laid back and snuggly german shepherd with a loyal heart. I just really love to be where my humans are. I like to lay on the couch with you while you read or watch a movie, explore the neighborhood or a new hiking trail with you, or even just hang out and keep your feet warm while you work from home. Sometimes I get the zoomies, but once I have my daily walk I am ready to chill. I love getting dried off after a bath, or any pets really. I love massages and don't have any handling sensitivities! While I may want to be an only dog household, when I see other dogs I like to say hey as we pass, but I am not reactive. I actually love to play with other dogs once I get to know them! I walk loosely on a leash and take treats very gently. I know sit and love broccoli and cheese, so I'm sure I could learn more with a little time and some snacks. I am even kennel and house trained! The one thing is that I can get a little nervous - especially with loud noises - so please be patient with me as I adjust to our new routine. I have adjusted quickly to my routine in foster. My foster mom says that if you are looking for a snuggle bug to keep you cozy during these long winter days, who is also a very good boy, then I am your guy! Story
Jensen is a 3-year-old German Shepherd who is a bit of a mystery. He's quite nervous at the shelter but loves to explore his surroundings with his nose. While hesitant with people, he'll curiously approach to within a couple of feet before retreating, showing a conflict between his desire to connect and his fear. Jensen needs a patient and understanding family who can give him the space and time he needs to build trust. He's motivated by treats, which will be a valuable tool for building a bond and working on confidence-building exercises. A quiet home with a predictable routine will help him feel safe, and a family who can read his subtle cues and respect his boundaries will be key to helping him blossom. If you're experienced with fearful dogs and ready to provide a loving and supportive home for Jensen, please come meet him today to see if it would be a good fit. With the right family, this diamond in the rough will shine! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 65.8125 Age: 3yrs 0mths 2wks
