Story
Ko Koi AVAILABLE for ADOPTION! Located in Quebec  Koi is a stunning red rough coat neutered 5 year young male.  He is a typical chow! Quiet unless there’s a reason to alert you, not fond of strangers but dedicated to his trusted person, lazy but still enjoys a good walk.   Koi walks pretty well on leash except when he sees a squirrel!  He’s NOT reactive to other dogs…he actually kind of likes them… just not to live with.  Kio doesn’t want to share the attention of his person with any other animals.  He knows his basic commands, give paw, down and will still pretty for a yummy frozen treat.  He’s actually got a little sweet tooth so watch you goodies!   Again, Koi is looking for a home with no other animals and an experienced handler who understands this misunderstood breed. He will do his job protecting you and your house… and hopefully be your only love-bug! He’s best with young adults 14 or older who understand he’s not a giant Teddy bear even though he looks like one.   If you think you’re home would be a safe place and are interested in a calm gentle companion, please apply for this boy who needs a loving forever home. https://www.sasdv.ca/animal/kio/    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We only respond to serious inquiries. Story
Archie   Handsome boy Archie is an approximately 4 years old rough coat neutered male. His cute little ears look toasted against his light cream coat. Archie is a happy boy, content to sit with you for cuddles or lazy around the backyard daring a squirrel to approach.  He walks lovely on leash and knows his basic commands. Archie meets people with a gentle smile and is an all around great boy!  If you are looking for a wonderful companion to join you on social outings, considering this exceptional boy.  Apply to merlinshope.com  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We only respond to serious inquiries. Story
Harley is a 5 year old black female half Mastiff and half American Staffordshire Terrier born in October 2018. She’ll jump on you and kiss you to death. Most affectionate dog ever. She’s fixed. And very happy. Very good with kids as well. She’s very playful and energetic. Needs a place with land and a family with an active lifestyle. Unsure about her being reactive to other dogs as she has lived with her pack for awhile. In the past, she got along with the house cat, but haven’t been around a cat for awhile. This is a courtesy listing. If you are interested in providing a forever home for one, or both of the dogs, please contact Andrew directly at bugnetandrew@gmail.com

Story
Health Issues None Temperament - Playful and spirited girl. - People friendly. She may be a bit reserved when first meeting new people but warms up quickly. - Can exhibit some reactivity to other dogs when on-leash or behind a fence, but less as she’s gets older. - With proper introductions and supervised visits, she has enjoyed playtime with other dogs. She does best with calmer dogs that tolerate her rambunctious style of play - Very happy to relax and cuddle once she’s had her required amount of exercise. - Moderate-high prey drive. Likes to chase squirrels and birds. - Can be slightly destructive when bored. - Not much of a swimmer, but she enjoys playing in water. - Responds well to verbal cues and attempts to redirect her attention. - Her leash skills and basic obedience are good. She seems to enjoy one-on-one training sessions. Owner Suitability -Enjoys being a part of day-to-day activities and would benefit from a home in which people are around most of the day. -Would benefit from daily walks and opportunities to play throughout the day. - Loves to be off leash with people. - She would do best in a home with a fenced in yard as she is a curious girl and enjoys opportunities to explore. - Best suited to a home with no other dogs. - Can happily live in a home with cats. She does show occasional interest in playing, but is very respectful of the cat not wanting to engage.
