Story
Say hello to Loka - a beautiful, one-year-old Husky with a bright smile and a happy-go-lucky personality! Loka is the perfect mix of playful energy and cheerful charm. She loves being around people and brings an upbeat, positive vibe wherever she goes.Like most Huskies, Loka is an active, intelligent dog who will thrive in a home that can keep her both mentally and physically stimulated. She would love regular walks, runs, hikes, or playtime in a secure yard where she can stretch her legs and burn off some of that Husky energy. Her new family should enjoy staying active and be familiar with the needs of a high-energy breed. Loka is selective with other dogs and may not always get along with every dog she meets. If you have another dog in the home, we would have to test it out with a dog-to-dog meet and greet to see how Loka gets along with them. While she's friendly and confident, she'll benefit from continued training and consistency as she settles into her new home - she's young, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong bond with her people. If you're looking for a joyful, spirited companion who's always up for adventure, Loka could be the perfect match. She'll reward your time and attention with her happy personality, curious nature, and that signature Husky sparkle in her eyes.If you would like to come and meet Loka, please feel free to reach out to us at orillia@ontariospca.ca or call at (705) 325-1304 Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: Blonde Weight: 33.8 Age: 1yrs 1mths 4wks

Story
Raelyn is a 3-year-old Rottweiler mix with a tender heart and a joyful spirit. She loves meeting new people and greets everyone with a wagging tail, always hopeful for affection. Cuddles, belly rubs, and being close to her people make her happiest-and she never says no to a tasty treat. She's gentle and patient during care time, doing well with baths and nail trims. Raelyn enjoys time outdoors, running freely, going for walks, and being by your side- especially if snacks are involved.Raelyn had a difficult start in life and is still learning that the world can be a safe place. She would thrive in a home where she isn't left alone often and where companionship and routine help her feel secure. She's also working on potty training and responds best to gentle guidance, consistency, and food-motivated encouragement..Raelyn can be selective with other dogs and may prefer thoughtful introductions or being your one-and-only. In return, she offers deep loyalty, affection, and a loving presence that fills a home with warmth. This Christmas, Raelyn isn't wishing for toys or treats. She's wishing for a family to call her own and a place where she can finally feel safe, cherished, and home. ❤️🎄If you are interested in meeting her please fill out an adopter profile and contact the Orillia center. Story
At just 1.5 years old, Ollie has already shown more bravery and resilience than most pups ever have to. This neutered Frenchie-Chihuahua mix came to us after surviving a serious injury to one of his back legs early in life. Without proper treatment, the leg healed incorrectly and left him in constant pain. When Ollie arrived in our care, it was clear that amputation was the kindest option. Now? Ollie is thriving. With three strong legs and a huge heart, he's finally able to run, play, and enjoy life the way every young dog should.Ollie is a determined, bright, and strong-willed little guy, very true to his breeds. He blossoms with structure, consistency, and clear expectations. He would love a family who appreciates his spirited personality and can provide the guidance he needs to be his best self. He's also hoping for someone open to continuing his crate training, which helps him feel safe and grounded. Ollie has been known to have some accidents in the house when unattended, so a crate would also help support ideal bathroom habits when not being supervised. He does enjoy the company of other animals, but he really loves attention and isn't always excited about sharing the spotlight-so a home without other dogs please! If you're searching for a loyal, hilarious, and courageous little dog who will keep you smiling and steal your heart daily, Ollie may be your perfect match. He's ready for a forever family who will give him the love, structure, and stability he's always deserved. Primary Color: Brindle Weight: 6.7 Age: 1yrs 6mths 2wks
