Story
Sonny is a sweetheart who loves to play tug of war and enjoys long walks. He can be a strong puller, which is something he is currently working on. All dogs are his friends, and he enjoys playing with them, but he prefers playmates around his own size, so he would do best in a home with an active dog, not a very small one. He thrives when he has someone to play with. Sonny loves napping on the floor or his favorite spot on the couch, and he`s a big fan of peanut butter.Sonny is a smart boy who loves to learn and proudly shows off his knowledge of `Sit,` `Shake,` `Catch,` and `Down.` He`s always ready to learn something new, and training and playing games are his favorite ways to bond with new people. He has done well in calm environments where there is structure, and he loves knowing what to expect next. With slow, proper introductions, he may do well with dogs of similar size but he shouldn`t live in a home with cats. We recommend a home without children, as he is sensitive to touch and rough handling. However, Sonny enjoys a good snuggle with familiar people, and he won’t always wait until you sit down—he`ll stand between your legs to get his daily dose of affection.

Story
Honey lives up to her name is an absolute love with people. Come meet Honey for yourself and fall in love with her personality that will keep you smiling. She is the happiest lady who will greet you with a wagging tail and the cutest little tippy taps! Honey loves meeting new people and just being a part of the fun. She would enjoy lounging around the house and soaking up her glory years as she is a lower energy type of gal. Honey loves sunbathing and taking it easy. Honey is also a wonderful leash walker. She does have a strong chase instinct, so she may not be suited for a home with cats or other small animals.Honey has done well with kids and some other dogs, though she can be selective of her doggy friends. She would rather be the center of your world.

Story
Meet Tanami, affectionately known as Nami, a resilient and energetic little dynamo who has overcome great odds to become the lively, playful dog she is today. Found in a neglected state, severely underweight and nearly hairless, she’s since transformed into a happy, fuzzy, and full-of-life companion. Her journey reflects the meaning of her name, derived from the Warlpiri word meaning `never die,` and she truly embodies this spirit with her playful and determined personality. Now, she’s ready to bring joy, cuddles, and her goofy antics to her forever home.Nami is high-energy and loves meeting new people and exploring new experiences, though she might initially use her `scare the bear` tactics to appear tough when she’s feeling insecure. Once reassured, she’s all about the back scratches, cuddles, and playtime! A fan of Frisbees and chasing games, Nami thrives on fun with other dogs who enjoy her playful, herding-style energy. While she does well with most dogs who respect boundaries, she’s not suitable for a home with cats, as she finds them a bit too tempting to resist. This goofy gremlin is house and crate trained, though she values her privacy when it comes to her personal space, especially during meals or naps. With a fun personality that includes cartoonish expressions and a sideways ear, Nami loves low-crowd adventures like hiking and sniff walks. She’s searching for a loving home that’s cat-free, full of scritches, and ready for endless fun. Nami is ready to nom her way into your heart and become your loyal companion!

Story
Junie, aka Junebug, is looking for a calm, adult home where she can snuggle, snore, and enjoy the good life. In return, she promises to keep you safe and love you forever. Junie is house trained and well behaved when left alone in the home (she does occasionally steal shoes). She is a total bed hog and cover thief. She absolutely loves the dogs and humans in her pack, but has a strong guard instinct on her own turf and strangers will likely be greeted with the biggest-sounding bark she can muster. For this reason she needs an adult home with a secure fence and not a lot of new faces coming in and out, as she needs to meet guests outside and individually at first to know they are on the ‘approved’ list. Junie is not a fan of cats, and will not put them on her ‘approved’ list. She likes kids but can sometimes become overwhelmed by them, which is why we are recommending an adult home. She has done wonderfully with other dogs of all ages and sizes, and loves to play with her canine companions, but may require a slow introduction to new dogs, especially in her own space.

Story
Bizkit is a sweet, well-mannered pup ready for her forever home. She knows commands like sit, down, stay, and come, and she’s eager to show them off for treats.Bizkit gets along well with other dogs, is curious but gentle with cats, and her easy-going nature makes her great with kids. She’s housetrained, crate trained, and perfect indoors—quiet, non-destructive, and a calm bedtime companion. She rides well in the car and comes when called. While she’s good on a leash, she could use a bit more practice. A secure, high fence is a must, as she’s known to jump lower ones.If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion, Bizkit is ready to steal your heart!
