Story
Gerty is the goodest girl! She is so full of love and energy and life, and so loyal. I picked Gerty up as a stray about 5 months ago. Since then, life has turned into utter chaos and for so many unfortunate reasons, I cannot keep her. I can't afford even simple things like vaccinations, and I'm also in the middle of a move. The move seems to have stressed her out, she has been destructive to blinds so she's been staying outside more and more. That is the only aggressive thing I've ever see her do, she's great with other animals and wonderful with kids. But she's also a Houdini, and I can't keep her in the fence. I truly think she needs acreage to roam, she would make a fantastic working dog for a farm or a ranch. Complete guess, but I think she's right at a year old. She did just have a litter of 11 healthy puppies at the end of December. She's been so loyal to me, and I wish I could keep her, but she deserves better than what I can give her.
