Story
Hi there, I'm Calliope! I'm a puppy with a heart full of love and a spirit full of energy. I'm as sweet as the best treat you've ever had, and as friendly as your favorite playmate. I'm a bit goofy too, but that's just part of my charm. I love playing with my toys and showing off my smarts. I've been told I'm a quick learner! I can't wait to have a family to share all my love and energy with. If you're looking for a playful, smart, and lovable companion, then I'm the puppy for you! I am currently in a foster home, if you want to meet me please call the shelter to ask about an appointment!

Story
Pennington County Humane Society  Wally had a fenced-in yard and was let out every few hours. He was crated during the night and while they were gone. He was crated for 4-8 hours and did well in the crate. He doesn't love baths but will tolerate them. He doesn't like his back end being touched he will redirect your hand somewhere else to be touched. He enjoys car rides he lays down in the car and looks out the windows. He is a velcro dog and loves to be with his people. He can be shy around taller people. He is good with women and has been around children (ages 1-3 years) and gave them kisses. He lived with a dog and was fine with her they played together but at times he is an attention hog and will come up if another animal is being petted and will take the attention. was reported he lived also with 3 cats and was good with them he would walk up and sniff them overall he respected their space. Wally is a cuddly dog that likes to put his head on your shoulder. Overall, a very nice dog looking for a good home. He was surrendered to us due to his owner moved to an apartment and couldn't take him with him.
