Story

Jack is a three year old Golden Doodle who is an amazing companion. He loves to be active on walks, runs, and anything outdoors. He was adopted in Frostproof, Florida and has been with me since he was 8 weeks old. He has been around a lot of kids throughout his life (my nieces and nephews) and is always making new puppy friends at the dog parks. Jack is eager to please, very smart and well behaved. Jack does not usually bark throughout the day, and his temperament although he gets really excited when meeting new people and still jumps sometimes is pretty easy going when it's just you and him at home.

Henry (7.5 yrs) is an older boy who absolutely loves his people to the ends of the earth and will go anywhere with them! He likes playing with dogs his size or smaller. Sometimes his Heeler comes out when it comes to dogs larger than him and he tends to get sassy with them. Henry loves all sorts of toys but not so much sharing them. Bones are his favorite. He has a great recall. Would ride in a car all day long. Henry does not enjoy being left alone; he wants to snuggle! He walks well on a leash & does great with kids. Can be a bit protective of his people when it comes to strangers but warms up quickly. He also makes goofy little snorting noises when he is excited. This is Ollie, he is a super sweet boy just looking for a family to enjoy his golden years with. He wants to be friends with everyone, especially cats, even though it isn't always mutual! As a typical husky he has some opinions and he is not afraid to express them, in song form! He does have some joint stiffness common in older dogs and is on a daily supplement and medication to manage it. Since he does get a little anxious when his people are leaving, he would benefit from a family who is home a bit more often and he may also need a little extra time to settle into his new life. Although he is a senior he still gets the zoomies from time to time and loves his walks, chew bones and lick mats. His other hobbies include tearing all the stuffing out of his toys, making his own blanket pile to nap on and sniffing all the good spots outside. If Ollie sounds like your kind of dog, you could give him the retirement he deserves!
