Story
Hello, I'm Daffy, a 10-month-old male weighing about 60 pounds. My littermate had a DNA test, so I believe I'm a mix of Bulldog, Pitbull, Catahoula, and Terrier. I adore walks and playing with my resident pup, and I'm obsessed with the hose and water! I'm fully potty and crate trained, happily settling into my crate at bedtime and staying quiet all night. In the mornings, I potty, eat, play briefly, and then return to my crate while my foster parents work. At night, I love cuddling up for TV time with them. I'm affectionate and eager to give kisses to everyone I meet. If you think I’d be a great addition to your family, please apply to meet me at www.buffalounderdogs.com ##2012056##

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Mama Foxy I am a 2-3 year old hound mix with the biggest heart and the most soulful eyes   As you can tell, I get my name from my beautiful red fur  I am about ~60 pounds, but don’t let that fool you, because I am the most gentle girl (except for my happy tail of course!) I absolutely love affection from my people and tend to request lots of belly scratches! You can’t forget to pay the tummy tax!  I’m a pretty mellow girl who loves allll the humans! I am also great with kids if you are looking for the perfect family dog (pick me)! I absolutely love my toys and can keep myself occupied for hours. And when I’m not enjoying a nice bone or playing with my stuffies, I like to keep neighborhood watch for squirrels followed by a comfy snooze on the couch. I sure am ready to find my forever family  if you think that I am the perfect gal for you, fill out an application to meet me asap at: www.buffalounderdogs.com ##2015050##

Story
Hi I'm Mia ! I was so happy to become an underdog on May 4th! The City shelter had picked me up in early April, and while I loved doggy playgroup, being in a home is so much better! I'm listed as a Cane Corso mix (Italian Mastiff), and Google Photos calls me a Mastiff, Boerboel, or Mountain Cur mix with Shar Pei, depending on the picture. But for sure I have a soft and beautiful velvety coat. I was assigned a 10/5/22 birthday, am ~55 lbs, and have completed a 4 session training course for adolescent dogs - I love learning new things! I walk well on a leash, know sit, paw, and lie down, and am housebroken. I sleep through the night without a fuss in or outside my crate, and often just go into my crate to chill. I LOVE playing fetch, and often fall asleep with a ball in my mouth. I haven't been around cats. Because I'm so playful, I would absolutely thrive in a home with another canine playmate(s). Please apply to meet me at www.buffalounderdogs.com ##2051701##

Story
I'm Molly, a 1-year-old pitty mix looking for my forever home. I am 65 lbs, already spayed and fully vetted.  I'm fully housebroken, crate-trained, and get along well with other dogs and cats, although a proper meet and greet is required. I love kids and adults too. I'm an active, well-behaved companion.  I enjoy swimming, playing fetch, cuddling, and going for car rides. I'm also excelling in obedience classes. I'm seeking a loving home that enjoys staying active and can provide me with structure. If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application  at www.buffalounderdogs.com.  ##1710051##

Story
Hi there! My name is Frankie, and it’s so nice to meet you!  I’m an 11-month old very good boy, and I came all the way to Buffalo from Texas to find my perfect family.    I am a big boy – close to 75 pounds already!  But my foster mom says that just means there’s more of me to love. And because I’m so tall, I can give you full-body hugs and I give the biggest kisses. I’m also a warm guy, so I can keep you warm and cozy on these cold Buffalo nights.  Even though everyone who meets me says “he’s so big”, I really have no clue that I am.  I’m always doing things that have my foster pawrents laughing and I’m sure I can make you laugh too! They laugh at me when I fall off the bed or do parkour in the living room or do somersaults in the yard, I’m just a goofy fella! And I’m potty trained!  When I go potty outside, I’ll run right back to the door to get some treats – my favorite thing!  I’m not the biggest fan of being in my crate though, I would much rather be cuddled up next to my people on the couch. I love taking naps on the couch with my foster dad and foster siblings during the day when I’m not keeping my foster mom company while she works at home. If I do have to go in my crate, I like to practice my AWOOOO’s, so I’m probably not the best apartment dog. One thing I do know for sure is that I definitely don’t like being completely alone. My foster pawrents found that out for you – I’m much more comfortable with another dog-friend nearby to keep me company.  So far, I’ve met kids and adults and I’ve liked all of them. Since I’m so big, it would probably be better if I found a home with older kids.  I can still be a little skittish around new people and at new places, especially if they’re loud and busy. You can quickly get me to love you with a handful of treats though. I’m not a big fan of cats at all, but I do great with other dogs. In fact, my foster mom says that I’d thrive in a home with another dog that I can be best friends with.   If you’d like to meet me, head on over to www.buffalounderdogs.com/adopt to fill out an application! ##2011273##

Story
Mabel, a 5-year-old puppy mill survivor, is ready to find her forever family. After enduring a tough start, she has blossomed into a loving and gentle companion. Mabel's journey to healing has been made possible with the unwavering support of her bonded beagle sibling, Petals. These two adorable dogs are a package deal, as they share an unbreakable bond that has helped them navigate their world. Mabel and Petals were recently returned to the rescue through no fault of their own. Their previous human, facing unfortunate hardships, had to make the heartbreaking decision to part ways with them. Mabel thrives in the company of other dogs, and having Petals by her side brings out the best in her. They both enjoy playtime, cuddles, and the simple joy of being together. Mabel and Petals are looking for a loving family that can provide them with the stability and affection they deserve. If you have room in your heart and home for this wonderful duo, Mabel and Petals will reward you with endless love and companionship. Help them find the forever home they've been dreaming of.
