Story
Meet Nash, an energetic and intelligent 5-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix looking for his forever home! Nash would thrive in an active household or with someone interested in continuing his training. This smart pup has a strong food and toy drive, making him a quick learner. Nash adores his human and dog friends and is already mastering commands like sit, down, place, and recall. He’s very engaged with his handler, even in public settings, and loves his trips to Lowe’s. Nash has been excelling in a doggie group class and is ready to bring his enthusiasm and love to a new family. If you're looking for a loyal and hardworking companion, Nash is the perfect fit! Nash was adopted to his previous family from another local rescue and the owners wanted to return him since it wasn't a good fit, that rescue refused to take him back and now he is with us. A good rescue takes returns and doesn't expect another rescue to clean up after them. Nash is being fostered with our trainer Taylor’d K9 Training along with Mattie. Must be willing to travel to meet him in Ravena. https://www.jotform.com/form/221695001050139

Story
Imagine coming home to Berry’s full-body wiggle dance as she greets you like you’re her best friend in the world! At around 7 years old, Berry has mastered the art of love and loyalty, blending her playful spirit with a wisdom that only comes from years of experience. She’s smart and obedient, always eager to learn, and thrives in training sessions where she gets to show off her quick mind.Berry’s days are filled with joy and adventure. She loves zooming around and solving puzzle toys that keep her mind sharp and engaged. And she’s always ready for a long, leisurely walk, savoring every scent and sight along the way. Berry even adores car rides; with her head happily sticking out the window, she embodies the pure joy of freedom, the wind in her fur, and her ears flapping in the breeze.Berry’s joy is contagious—she doesn’t just greet you; she celebrates you! If you’re ready for a best friend who will fill your days with laughter, loyalty, and love, Berry is waiting to meet you at the Animal Farm Foundation. Story
From our awesome volunteer Jay's: "Jarvis likes to talk when I take him for a walk. He doesn’t bark or whimper but sounds a little like a monkey. At first, I thought he was anxious, but now it feels like he is just commenting on what we see on our walk. I now talk back. He is also really great on the leash."Meet Jarvis, the 2.5-year-old superstar with a heart as big as his energy! Jarvis is the perfect mix of playfulness and loyalty, always ready to dive into any adventure you throw his way. His days are filled with joy, whether he's racing across the yard, showing off his swimming skills, or happily trotting alongside you on a hike. When he’s not busy exploring, Jarvis adores his cuddle time and will settle in for snuggles as soon as you’re ready. He’s a social pup, having made friends with both boy and girl dogs at the shelter, and enjoyed life with a dog as a housemate.Jarvis’s boundless affection and friendly nature make him the perfect companion for anyone looking to add warmth and excitement to their home. Come meet this delightful bundle of love at the Animal Farm Foundation and let Jarvis bring his happiness and loyalty to your family! Jarvis is available for adoption through both Animal Farm Foundation and his originating shelter, The Walden Humane Society.

Story
Hi my name is Loki. I am hoping to find my new forever home! I suffered a tremendous loss earlier this year when my human mom passed away after a brief battle with cancer. My long time pet sitter took me in to make sure I didn't end up in a shelter. I am so grateful but there are other big dogs in the house and I get along best with small dogs or to be the only fur baby in the house. About me: I am a handsome boy, 4 years old, chocolate lab mix (maybe a little shepherd/husky). I can be a lap dog at times, I like to talk and I sing along to The Golden Girls theme song..I mean how could you not right?! I walk well using a gentle leader, I am great in the car, crate trained, have no separation anxiety, and I enjoy daily walks and playing in the creek on warm days. An experienced big dog owner would be ideal for me to keep me in line but anyone interested in me please reach out! I can't wait to find my new forever person/people so my mom can smile in heaven as she watches over me.

Walking with Peanut is like sharing a little adventure, where every step is a reminder of her gentle spirit and joy in life’s simple pleasures. She’s playful too, lighting up when you pull out her favorite toys.
