Story
Hello! My names Apollo! I am a 3 year old Lab mix and I am just a happy boy looking for a place to call home. I have quite a bit of energy, so I’ll need lots of activity and some mild training for manners. But let me tell you, I’m already super intelligent and know sit, paw, and stay. I can even “sit pretty” on my back hind legs. I’d be a perfect fit for a human or family who loves to stay active. You’ll know we’re best friends when I show you my ear to ear smile. Other than my humans, my favorite things in life are walks, lakes, food, and chasing anything fast-most importantly a laser pointer. I would love a canine pal in my new home, as I grew up in a home with 2 of my elderly brother dogs. But, I would prefer to be alone and have your full attention. Being alone is not my favorite thing, but if I need to be, I’m both crate trained or can be left out and about for a few hours.

Story
Benny is energetic and adorable. He is about 25 lbs, and is the friendliest and fuzziest little guy. He loves children and gets along well with other dogs. He loves to wait for us and greet us at the door when we come home, and is always overcome with pure joy and excitement. We would like to find him a home where he can he can be comfortable and happy. If you feel that you need a fuzzy friend like Benny in your life, please reach out. We would be delighted to meet with you and safely hand him over to good hands.

Story
4 Females and 4 Males make up this beautiful litter of German Shepherd and Lab mix puppies. Born on June 25th, these babies didn’t ask to come into the world. They have been denied by every rescue in the south Texas area, to no fault of their own. We knew we couldn’t turn our back on them. Pip, Cleopatra, Zara, Nova, Jasper, Archie, Dodger and Bertie are some of the most calm, gentle, and such sweet, sweet babies you’ll meet. They do not have a mean bone in their body. As of 9/22 they weigh between 18-23 lbs – their dad is a pure-bred German Shepherd, and the mom is a petite (35 lbish) lab mix. We believe these pups will be around 60-65 lbs once full grown. These 8 pups LOVE to play. They love their toys, especially the tug-o-war ones! When they’re super happy, they do zoomies around the yard in pure excitement and happiness. They have been exposed to cats, and they have no issues with them. If anything, the cats bother the puppies hah. They have also met other dogs and love every doggy they meet. These 8 pups have been around elderly people since they were born, the owner of the parents is in his 70s, so they have grown up knowing not to jump, to be gentle and kind. They are VERY laid back. They are all quite submissive, and just go with the flow. They’re very curious and VERY smart. They learn quickly and are very eager to please their humans. They would thrive in almost every type of environment as they’re such good puppies. Very food motivated – they love their breakfast, lunch and dinner and come running when the bucket shakes with food. They’re obsessed with treats, and not picky at all. They’re happy with whatever you have to give them. The females are a little bit more calm than the males, but they all wag their tails when being held and we know with one on one time, they will come out of their shell and be the beautiful, glowing, sweet, SUPER kiss-giving puppies they really are. You can apply to adopt one of these beauties at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org

Story
Friends is back! Most of the cast anyway 😊 Rachel, Monica, Ross and Chandler are ready to love their way into your lives. These sweet babies are lab mixes who were found on the street by a local animal control, dodging out of traffic and on the verge of getting run over. The shelter was full, so they contacted us to help. We knew we could not leave the babies out there, so we got them to safety in a foster home Our friends crew consist of 2 males and 2 females that we estimate were born around June 24th and are some of the gentlest, butt wiggling puppies. They are so excited when they’re around people. They just love everybody they meet, including children. They could run around the yard and play for as long as you’d let them, as long as they’re around their people. They love to be your shadow and get lots of pets. They’ll roll on their bellies in excitement, hoping you’ll rub their bellies. As of 9/24 they weigh between 10-15 lbs. While we do not know who their parents are, we believe they’ll be around 45-50 lbs once full grown. Their paws are not very big. They are working on house training They LOVE other dogs and have met inside and outside kitties and have no issues with them. Rachel is the runt of the litter, she is a little bottle rocket, always on the go and so full of energy and zoomies. She is one of the most outgoing of the litter. She LOVES her treats and is very food motivated. She is not picky at all about what she gets, as long as it’s food and love. Once she’s done playing, she will be the first to cuddle up to you, very sweet. Rachel would be best in a more active home. Monica is the 2nd smallest of the litter, and she is much quieter and gentler than Rachel is. She likes to sit back and watch the rest of the litter cause chaos. She is curious but when she tries something out, she makes sure her siblings tried it first, so she knows it’s safe and she won’t get in trouble for it. Very smart. Would do best in a medium active to less active home as she prefers to Netflix and chill more than anything else. Chandler is the 3rd smallest of the litter and the smallest male. He is very similar in personality to Monica – he is calmer and gentler than Ross and Rachel. He has the saddest eyes when he looks up at you, almost worried he’s done something wrong. Chandler likes to explore but he is more cautious about it and lets Ross go first. Another dog in the home would benefit Chandler as he can gain confidence from another doggy. A medium to low key home would be best for this sweet boy. Ross is the largest of the litter, and he is also the only black and tan one of the litter. He is next in line for most outgoing, right behind Rachel. Ross is VERY sweet and rambunctious and loves to play. He is super-duper friendly and will give sweet kisses for days. He is the bravest of the 4 and will try anything first, he has no shame in his game. He loves to explore and go on adventures. Ross would do best in a more active home.
