Story
We have had Teddi since she was 2 months old she is great with my two young daughters, as well as other people strangers or family. She likes walking and getting out energy but she is not an extremely hyper dog as some boxers can be. She has grown up with our other boxer Lily who is 11. We are moving to Florida soon and unfortunately it will be too much to bring both dogs across country to an apartment complex. We are hoping to find her a good home with or without kids, she would be a great lifelong companion for anyone who adopts her.

Story
Toby is an energetic, caring and loving dog! He is great with other dogs and once he gets to meet strangers, he quickly warms up to them and will love them endlessly, just like his owner. We have a 2 year old son and my wife is pregnant. He loves little kids, we havent ever had any concerns. He has never engaged with a cat, so we don’t know how he would be. He is mostly potty trained but occasionally has an accident if you aren’t on top of letting him out. He is leash and crate trained as well.

Story
I hoped I'd never have to post this. I'm looking for a home for my dog, Sofie. She's a 9 year old American bulldog. She loves people but needs to go to a home without animals as she's developed food aggression (pet or animal food) in her older years. She's good around cats, but should be muzzled if left around any animals. I've had her since 2019 and have done everything I can to stand by her, but I'm in a position where I no longer have a safe place to stay with her and am facing homelessness with not even a car to stay in if I keep her any longer. I'd love for whoever takes her to keep in touch and send pictures and videos so I know she's happy and okay. We are currently in New York and I'll be moving to Texas soon, so either of those places (or in between) is ideal but I'm willing to figure something out otherwise. I love this dog wholeheartedly and only want her to go to a good, safe home.

Story
Callie is the last one of her litter available for adoption! This sweet girl was born on New Years Day 2024 and weighs approximately 45 lbs. She is mostly full grown at this age/size. Callie was born in a home where her parents currently still live. Mom is a boxer mix and dad is a yellow/white lab mix, both parents weigh around 50 lbs. Callie and her siblings were denied by multiple rescues when the owner reached out to them. They were about to be sent to animal control, where more likely they would be euthanized as owner surrenders, when she reached out to us, and we couldn’t turn her away. She is so calm, and so gentle. Her siblings all would pick on her, knowing she was the submissive one of the litter. Callie has met kitties and she is more afraid of them, then they are of her. Callie LOVES other dogs, but they must be gentle and nice to her. She is still a very submissive girl. She’s not timid, but she is just so gentle and quiet. You would never know she walked up to you without looking down at her. She quietly follows her humans around, just wanting to be next to them. Callie has grown up with children almost her whole young life. She would be an amazing addition to a family with children who understand she is a very calm girl and overly hyper children would not fit well. She is mostly house trained, and she is crate trained. Callie was the observer of the litter. She would watch everything before engaging in what they were all doing. She is not overly active, and a more low key to medium active home would be ideal for her. She enjoys her walks, but more enjoys hanging out around the house. Callie is spayed, heart worm negative, current on rabies vaccine, bordatella, parvo/distemper, flea/tick and heart worm prevention, dewormer and microchipped. A certificate of health will be issued by a veterinarian prior to transport from Texas. To apply to adopt: www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org

Story
4 Females and 4 Males make up this beautiful litter of German Shepherd and Lab mix puppies. Born on June 25th, these babies didn’t ask to come into the world. They have been denied by every rescue in the south Texas area, to no fault of their own. We knew we couldn’t turn our back on them. Pip, Cleopatra, Zara, Nova, Jasper, Archie, Dodger and Bertie are some of the most calm, gentle, and such sweet, sweet babies you’ll meet. They do not have a mean bone in their body. As of 9/22 they weigh between 18-23 lbs – their dad is a pure-bred German Shepherd, and the mom is a petite (35 lbish) lab mix. We believe these pups will be around 60-65 lbs once full grown. These 8 pups LOVE to play. They love their toys, especially the tug-o-war ones! When they’re super happy, they do zoomies around the yard in pure excitement and happiness. They have been exposed to cats, and they have no issues with them. If anything, the cats bother the puppies hah. They have also met other dogs and love every doggy they meet. These 8 pups have been around elderly people since they were born, the owner of the parents is in his 70s, so they have grown up knowing not to jump, to be gentle and kind. They are VERY laid back. They are all quite submissive, and just go with the flow. They’re very curious and VERY smart. They learn quickly and are very eager to please their humans. They would thrive in almost every type of environment as they’re such good puppies. Very food motivated – they love their breakfast, lunch and dinner and come running when the bucket shakes with food. They’re obsessed with treats, and not picky at all. They’re happy with whatever you have to give them. The females are a little bit more calm than the males, but they all wag their tails when being held and we know with one on one time, they will come out of their shell and be the beautiful, glowing, sweet, SUPER kiss-giving puppies they really are. You can apply to adopt one of these beauties at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org
