Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Hi, my name is Hunter! I am a young lab mix who is eager to start my training journey and wind up being the best boy in the whole universe! I will need help with my confidence, handling, stranger danger, and my jumpiness. I am treat motivated with the right treats so that will definitely help you and me! I am very happy-go-lucky most of the time, and LOVE to play! I am up for adventures outdoors, and I am looking forward to mental stimulation inside as well on those too chilly days. I would be best suited in a home with older children because I can be anxious meeting new people and small children can be very excitable. We need to take things slow. Someone who understands I will need time & patience would be perfect for me! I am also... well... don`t tell the other dogs... but... I am scared of cats. They just freak me out okay? You don`t know what they`re thinking, they`re super quick to react, and that hissing they do... not normal. If there are cats in my new home I will need a slow and controlled introduction. They scare me way too much. Dogs are okay if they have the same type of energy I do. I am picky when meeting new friends so an interaction before going home with any dogs is what needs to happen for sure. I am looking forward to the future and finding my perfect family that will take their time with me, get me the training I need, and keep me active! I am super optimistic I will flourish in the right setting!

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Hey I`m Boots... with the fur. I am a 7 year old lab mix. So I`m basically 1 at heart. (Don`t forget labs are forever puppies) I can be timid with new environments, people, and handling. Once I feel comfortable with you though you`ll get the biggest bum wiggles and the fastest tail wags. It typically doesn`t take me long! I would be a wonderful candidate to teach manners to, or even basic tricks. I am quite smart, I already know sit and shake. I was brought into the shelter with another dog, so my friends here figured I would be good with most dogs and guess what! I am! I do well with dogs AND cats! I`m just happy to be involved. I can be quite jumpy though so proper introduction is strongly recommended so I am not too overwhelming. I can be jumpy with my human friends too. As long as the kiddos (if any) know I may knock them over by accident I`m sure I could go to a home with people of all ages! I am so excited to find my place in someone`s home and heart.

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Hey friends, I`m Hera! I am a beautiful lady looking for just the right fit. Someone who will take me for walks, play with tug toys, and give me scratches when I please. I will also need someone who is very strong because I am a PULLER. Especially when I get going on a walk. I need manners in that department for sure, but I am a smart cookie and will catch on quickly when yummy treats are involved. My friends suspect I would do well in a home with children but young kids I may bulldoze over. I am so excited to meet new people I don`t understand my size and strength. Dogs would be a no go for me but cats are decent. I don`t mind their cute little paws and their tiny meows. SO adorbs. Even though I have some training in my future I do know sit, shake, down, and spin! Not to brag or anything but *dusts off shoulder* I cannot wait to meet you and go home!

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Hi friends, I`m Bear! ?? I’m a big, fluffy ball of excitement and energy—like most doodles, I’ve got springs in my legs and love to play! I’m also a bit of a goof and may need some help focusing. I would do best in an adult-only home where I’m the only dog. I can be possessive over food around other dogs, but I’m learning and growing every day. I’m looking for someone who can keep up with my energy and help me become the `Best Boy Ever.` At the shelter, I have started coming out of my shell and showing my true colours. I have been going for walks with volunteers and I`m loving every minute! I am a medium-high energy fella that is hoping to find someone to keep up with me and teach me some manners. I am willing to give it all a try to gain the title ``Best boy ever`` I am halfway there!Oh, and I’ll need regular grooming to keep my coat looking great!

Come visit me at PAW!Adoption Fee: $390I`m Laika! A beautiful retriever mix who is exploring a new horizon looking for my forever home. First and foremost, my new family needs to be aware that I have exhibited food possession at the shelter. Adopters must have experience working with dogs with similar issues or be willing to learn and work with a professional. I would prefer to be the only pet in the home, with no small children. I can be fearful of men, hackles up and barking so they know to make space for me. Now let`s talk about how good I am! I know a few basic commands such as sit, shake, and switch. I am a dream for nail trims, I really don`t mind having my feet touched at all. I love to go on long walks. I playing with toys and I`m a very good girl about sharing them. If you think I`d make a good companion, then come visit me at the shelter.
