Story
Rescued from a challenging hoarding situation in summer 2020, I lived among 27 dogs, receiving minimal attention and competing for basic needs like food and shelter. With the patient care of my current foster, I've come a long way, though I'm still timid around humans due to my past. While I get along with other dogs, I'm not very affectionate towards people and prefer a patient and understanding home where I can feel safe without needing constant attention.

Honey the Queen is Ready for Her Forever Home! Meet Honey, a resilient and loving pup who deserves the best life has to offer. After being abandoned by her first family and spending eight long months on the streets, she was rescued and adopted again, only to be returned due to a conflict with another dog. Now, this spayed, up-to-date pup is looking for a forever family where she can shine as the one and only queen of the house! Honey is full of energy and would thrive as the perfect pet for first-time pet owners or families wanting just one dog. She's a fantastic companion for walking, running, or hiking and has a zest for life that will bring joy to an active home. Honey is currently in foster care but would love a home without small animals or other pets, so she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. Story
Cinder: Your Sweet Companion! Cinder is a 45-lb medium-sized dog and a true gem. With impeccable training in basic commands, leash walking, and potty skills, she even knows how to use a dog door! While she needs to be kenneled when left alone due to some chewing, her loving and playful nature makes her worth every bit of care. Though she can be shy at first, once Cinder warms up, she will love you fiercely. She adores sitting on you, as it makes her feel safe and secure. Cinder is great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, but she can't be around small animals and is picky about her furry friends, so a meet-and-greet is needed. Currently, she is looking for a foster home where she can shine. Are you ready to welcome this sweet girl into your home? Apply today!

Story
Meet Patience, the incredibly loyal girl ready for her forever family! Rescued in February 2022 while pregnant, Patience has come a long way in fostering, and her puppies found homes, but she's still waiting for her own happy ever after. Fully potty trained, knowing basic commands, and treat motivated, Patience is exceptionally loyal and protective of her home and family. In the presence of visitors and guests, she should be in a crate or a closed-off area. Best in a female-only home, she needs time to trust and respond to commands. Due to past trauma, she is very untrusting of men and is believed to have been mistreated by one. An adult-only home or children over 8 is preferred, as she's cautious around new people. Patience thrives with another dog but can be the only one in the right home. Loves kids but needs space respect. Fostered with cats, she's playful but should be supervised. Ready to fill your home with love, Patience is waiting for the right family. If you're looking for a very loyal and protective dog to add to your pack, Patience is the one for you!
