Story
Are you seeking a gentle, kind-hearted dog who thinks you hung the moon? Meet Daisy! At 3 to 4 years old and 32 pounds, Daisy has an easy-going, calm demeanor that makes her a joy to have around. Having spent most of her life with an owner who kept her chained up in the dirt yard, Daisy is appreciative of the most basic things in life. Having a soft bed, being fed every day, receiving a loving touch, being told she is a good girl, are all pleasures that Daisy has never known and is overjoyed to experience. She delights in just being part of a family and shows her appreciation by being the best and easiest girl ever! She lives with other dogs and is friendly, playful and affectionate so she could easily go to a home with other dogs. She would also enjoy being the center of someone's universe and will enjoy you know every day how much she loves you. If she could be any sweeter, we can't imagine it. She is elated just to be in your presence and doesn't require much else of her people. Daily walks make her happy and she seems to be in awe of the world around her. It's so much more than the dirt yard where she spent the first years of her life. She likes to ride in the car with her foster mom and enjoys just being able to go with her. Her resiliance touches our hearts. She was not spayed when we rescued her and the neiighbor told us she has many litters over the yeard. Daisy is heart worm positive and will need to be on monthly preventatives. She has already completed her first treatment and just has 2 more appts on Jan 2nd and 3rd. This sweet-tempered girl is around 32 pounds and she appears to be a Beagle / perhaps Hound mix.  If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $200 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2197155##

Story
Meet Nikkei! This handsome ~6 month-old shepherd mix has stolen his foster mom's heart! He is so wonderful with her other dogs and makes it a point to be deferential and friendly to not only her dogs but her cats too! Currently Nikkei lives with 4 other dogs of varying ages and sizes. He is respectful to the older, more sedentary dog and seeks out play with the younger female cattle dog. During the day when his foster mom is at work, Neikki has free roam and is well behaved and hasn't gotten into mischief. He doesn't bother the kitties either! Such a good boy!  Nikkei is the perfect blend of playful and sweet, and his gentle nature will melt your heart. He loves belly rubs and will happily roll over for more as soon as you start! Playing with toys is another one of his favorite pastimes, especially with a few squeaky ones to keep him entertained. Though he’s a little shy when first meeting new friends, Nikkei warms up quickly quickly and it only takes a minute for his happy personality to emerge! His gentle temperament and puppy curiosity make him a wonderful companion for someone who will help him build confidence and feel secure while exploring the world. Nikkei was rescued from an Indian Reservation where he suffered a chemical burn to his tongue. He was barely able to eat and the vet treated him for a secondary infection. He still has some scarring on his tongue but otherwise this brave soul is really a wonderful dog! We have no idea if the chemial burn was intentional or not but we did rescue 3 other dogs with similar burns. Neikki is such a great size! He weighs around 36 to 40 lbs If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2213991##

Story
Are you a sucker for puppy cuteness but really prefer a dog who mastered some of the basic skills and isn't a flurry of frenetic energy? Meet Livingston! Someone will be very lucky to add him to their home because he lives with a family that thrives on training and he has already learned so many great skills! For example, Livingston is well on his way to being house trained and knows how to ring a bell to signal his people that he needs to go out. He lives with a St. Bernard, a medium female and a French Bulldog and has made friends with everyone! He is well mannered and gets to accompany his family on outings and errands to learn how to behave politely in public settings. Even bath time is a breeze with Livingston and he enjoys with water. If you like snuggly dogs, Livingston wil not disappoint. He likes nothing more than lap time and cuddling up for some binge TV. Livingston has such handsome markings with longish legs and a slenderish body. You won't find a more devoted and sweet canine! Story
Boots is a courtesty post for his owner. Boots is a sweet, affectionate dog. I adopted him from a shelter when he was young. He lived in a van and traveled all over the country for the past few years with me and my other dog Axel. In the past 2 years as he gotten older, he has started to become more territorial with my other dog Axel. With kids entering my life, I am really struggling to keep them both in the house and feel safe with the kids around. I've worked with a local trainer to help understand his triggers, and more than happy to help financially support anyone that wants to continue training. He is great on a leash, house trained, not destructive at all, and well trained outside. He is really relaxed in a single dog home and prefers to snooze in bed all day or in the sun. Boots is 4 years old and weighs 65 lbs. If you would like to meet Boots, please contact his owner, Antonia, antonia.villa.2012@gmail.com or 908-420-8863 ##2235819##

Meet Gretel: A Beautiful girl with a Heart of Gold! Gretel is a stunning pup with a captivating personality that matches her striking good looks! Rescued alongside her siblings from a tough situation, Gretel has proven resilient, affectionate, and ready to embark on her next big adventure—a loving forever home. With her dazzling pale green eyes, sleek fawn coat, and irresistibly floppy ears, Gretel turns heads everywhere she goes. She may have a touch of hound or possibly Weimaraner in her mix, which gives her a regal yet playful charm. Gretel exudes a confident and curious demeanor. She loves meeting new people and dogs and exploring her surroundings, and she’s always ready to lead the way in a good wrestling match with her siblings. Despite her adventurous spirit, Gretel has a soft side, too—she adores snuggling up for attention and soaking in all the love you can give. Story
Meet Gilly: The Perfect Blend of Playful and Chill. Gilly is the leader of her sibling pack and a true gem of a pup! Rescued from a rough situation alongside her sisters, this “pocket-sized” beauty has emerged as a confident, affectionate, well-rounded companion ready to find her forever home. Her fur is almost all grown back and she is looking good!! (she had non-contagious demodex mange from living on the streets) With her striking resemblance to a Blue Nose Pitbull (in a compact version!), Gilly turns heads wherever she goes. At 42 lbs, she is a perfect size for snuggling on the couch or adventuring by your side. Gilly strikes the ideal balance between spirited and mellow. She loves leading her siblings in playtime, but she’s just as content lying down with her favorite toy for some quiet time. Her adaptable personality makes her an excellent match for families who enjoy both active moments and relaxed downtime. This charming girl is wonderful with other dogs or would also thrive in a home as the center of attention in her own space. If you’re looking for a confident, loving, and easy-going companion, Gilly is the perfect fit. Whether it’s a romp in the yard, a lazy afternoon indoors, a hike in the hills, or a road trip to your next adventure, she’ll be by your side, ready to make every moment special. Gilly's estimated age is 1 year old. She is so petite she is often mistaken for a puppy!
