Meet Artemis (aka Boo) Mixed-breed pup Artemis is about 1 year old. BOO! Sweet girl Artie (aka Boo) came into the facility rather timid/fearful and not seeming to have had much experience on a leash, but she has a good attitude, loves the attention she is getting from volunteers and is learning quickly. AWW! Came into the shelter with buddy Sully (Charlie), an adoptable miniature Aussie. The two show no food aggression, often taking one treat with both mouths at the same time. They don't show a great deal of bonding to each other, though, so we are planning to adopt them out separately. LOVES KIDDOS! Came from a home with children and let them hang all over her. LOTS of LOVE! Getting some TLC and routine vet care and will be available for adoption soon. MEET/ADOPT! Call 913-684-4939 to schedule an appointment. Visit at 510 Organ Ave. 11-4 MWF.
