Story
A friend of mine found him abandoned at a dog park. She already had two dogs and she asked me if I would take him. I love dogs and they have been a part of most of my 67 years, but I didn’t want Bogey. I don’t say no well so I took him. I had to move and i couldn’t find a place that was good for a dog. There are other issues. Bogey is extremely energetic and needs lots of attention. I couldn’t provide the exercise and attention he needed. I still work and I’m not home much. He is at a kennel right now and the cost is an extreme problem. Based on his chip he is about three years old.

Story
Yoshi is a 15-month-old Labrador/Great Pyrenees mix (dob 11/30/23). His previous owners had to move unexpectedly and were unable to take him. Our son, who lived behind his owners, agreed to take him to try to find a home for him. He built a temporary fence in his yard, which Yoshi kept getting out of and Animal Control became involved because he was loose in town. Our son brought him to our place so we could keep him until we are able to rehome him. He is currently staying in a 16'x16' fenced pen. We walk him regularly on a leash. We have not had him in the house and are uncertain as to whether or not his previous owners let him in the house. He loves human touch and affection, I have yet to hear him bark. He was raised with cats and is guarded with his food when eating. To get your attention if you are not petting him he may put your hand or arm in his mouth, but he does not bite.

Story
Tank is a great dog. He had 12 brothers and sisters. His Mom was a full bread Labrador Retriever and his Dad was a German Shepard. He was born in December, 2022. We have a home in the country were he loves to lay around and he loves us to pet him. He is a tall, beautiful shiny black haired dog. We have two other dogs and we just can’t give them all the love they need. He loves to ride around in our truck, he is certainly a good watch dog. We would love to have him go somewhere, he would be taken good care of.

Rufus is a high energy dog who is looking for a new home where he can get lots of play time and exercise! He gets along great with his foster brothers and loves to wrestle, play tug and do zoomies in the yard with his buddies. He could definitely live as an only dog, but would love a home with another active dog who could help burn off some of his energy! Rufus has had successful interactions with older children, but his energy level and love of face kisses might be overwhelming for little ones or kids who aren't comfortable with big, goofy dogs. Roofie is a smart boy who knows all of the basic commands. He has a bit of anxiety and is working hard to learn things like calmly leaving his crate after being left alone and not jumping on people. He gets better and better every day and would benefit from continued training in his new home to help him with the adjustment. His active mind and athletic ability would make him an awesome candidate for activities like agility training. This handsome doofus is such a sweetie and loves attention. He's a big boy, but he wants to be a lap dog, and he spends every night curled up in bed as close as he can to his foster mom Rufus has been diagnosed with a congenital defect called pulmonic stenosis (PS). PS is a condition in which the pulmonic valve is abnormally formed and creating an obstruction of blood flow from the right heart to the lungs. This then causes the right heart to have to work harder to push blood to the lungs, which in turn causes enlargement and thickening of the right heart. Fortunately, Rufus has had a successful surgery for this condition. It is recommended he have yearly follow up visits to monitor his heart.

She likes to play with balls and chew toys! She's super loving and eager to please, especially if you have treats! Her ideal home will be one where she has a yard to play in as cars are scary and going for walks can be a bit much.
