Recently heard about a Great Dane that had been abandoned by his owners ( family breakup). He was left in an unoccupied house all day long, would be visited once a day to be fed. We attempted to rehome him but our GSD will not accept him. Marvin is sweet and in need of affection from his past experience. He is housebroken, will sit on command and give you a paw. He is good with kids and lived with a cat. He is a beautiful big boy and deserves a loving environment. No apparent health problems.

Hi, I'm Zena. I'm a very sweet girl; all the volunteers at the shelter will vouch for that. I do have to get to know you a little because I'm a bit on the shy side, but it doesn't take long for me to make friends. Also, I suffer from separation anxiety. This means that when you're home with me I'm a great companion, sweet and well-behaved. However, if you leave me I must be left outside of the house in a fenced yard. It's okay, I like being outside as long as I have some shelter from the extreme weather; a doghouse in the winter and shade in the summer. I also need a home with a 6 ft. privacy fence because I like to climb chain-link fences. I know the right person will come my way and then it will be just like in the movies, happily ever after. Are you my way to happily ever after?
