Dorothy is the epitome of a golden girl. She's sweet when she wants to be and full of snark when she doesn't. She loves playing zoom doggy and gets a mischievous glint in her eye just as you're about to pick her up and she zooms away from you. She may be an old gal, but there's plenty of life left in her.

Story
Kiwi is a playful, energetic puppy who was voted most likely to win a marathon by all his siblings. He is very kind-hearted and sweet, and has never gotten too revved up when playing. Because he enjoys being around his siblings so much, he'd benefit most from having a furry friend in his new home.

Story
Johnny is a fox terrier who thinks he is a parrot. He loves to jump on top of your shoulders and sit down, remaining perfectly balanced regardless of whether you're sitting down or walking around. Johnny's favorite game is fetch, although he is really not a fan of give. We are working on the 2nd part. He is still marking around the home, but that will hopefully be nipped in the bud when his buds are nipped. He was found running around Stephen's Lake Park with Chang, and while they're both very close and would ideally be adopted together, they are not bonded. Johnny is looking for a permanent pair of shoulders to perch on.

Story
Mr. Chang is an absolute sweetheart. He was found at Stephen's Lake Park with Johnny, and while they would ideally find a home together, they are not bonded. He is very timid and a bit of an escape artist, but he loves his person so much, he quickly comes back when called. He will definitely need a fenced-in yard. He is still working on potty training, but that will hopefully improve after he is neutered. He is very quiet and rarely barks, and just like Johnny, he loves to jump on your shoulders and lay there. He would benefit most from a calm, quiet household where he can be near his person very often.

Details
Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Loki is a 4 year old loving and playful boy with lots of energy. We got him from a rescue in the Kansas City area that has since closed. He plays well with the other dog in the house but gets a little jealous when it time for love. He is house broke and crate trained. Knows a few basic commands. He always wants to go with and did frequently with dad until he got sick and couldn't go anymore. He would love some running room or an active person to play with. He is good with teenagers but has never been around small children. He runs well with someone on a bicycle, used to do the Katie Trail with my grand daughter but she can't do that anymore. He needs a loving home with no other pets and someone to love him and play with him.
