Story
This is Mack! Had him since he was 8 weeks old and is currently 5 years old, recently he has been getting to much to handle for us. He has been getting aggressive with our other dog (full on fighting each other) and the last thing I want is for him to do that with our son. I’m looking for someone or some group that can rescue Mack because the last thing I want for him is to be put down.

Story
Ruby is a wonderful dog, so sweet and loves to cuddle. I adopted her in January from the Humane society and while I love having Ruby in my home, I am a nurse that works long nights and I am very socially active. I think I really underestimated how ready I actually was to adopt a pet and now I feel as though the best thing for Ruby would be to have an owner that can spend a lot of time with her and that has time to properly train her and that also has an outdoor area because I live in an apartment and can notice she gets bored a little easily being in such a enclosed space. I will be 100% honest and transparent, Ruby does have a leash reactivity to movements made by other dogs and animals that include squirrels and birds. But I have paid for a 3 week training already and she is headed in the right direction, like I said just needs an owner that is dedicated and will work hard to help regulate her hypersensitivities.

Story
Meet Felix! If you’re looking for the perfect adventure buddy and family companion, Felix is the one for you! He loves going on walks, playing to their heart’s content, and spending time with their favorite people—especially kids! Whether it’s a stroll around the neighborhood, or just soaking up family time, Felix is always ready to be part of the fun. With a heart full of love and energy to spare, they’ll bring joy, laughter, and endless tail wags to your home. He does need a tall fence as he will jump it (at least 6 ft) or a farm where he can roam free. He can be shy at first but will steal your heart.

Story
She is energetic and enjoys affection. She doesn't tend to play catch for very long, due to her hips, but runs her heart out when she does. She can be very pushy if she's not getting your attention by pushing her head into or barking in your face.

Bo

Shih Tzu

Male, Adult
Festus, MO
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Bo enjoys all the belly rubs and time with his human. He’s great with kids and loves to play. He is crate trained. Bo will let you know when he’s ready to go outside to play or potty (where he enjoys most of his time). Although he will potty outside he has developed some behavioral issues by peeing/marking in the home. He does where a diaper as a precaution. He would do well with another adult dog that could model good behavior. Besides his indoor potty issue he really is a great dog. He’s extremely treat motivated and loves to go for walks, play fetch and of course lay beside his human. He loves every ounce of attention he can get.

Meet Chance, a 1year old hound with a heart full of joy and a spirit brimming with playfulness. His sweet, friendly nature makes him a perfect companion for children, and he's always eager to make new canine friends too.  His curiosity knows no bounds, whether it's exploring new toys or chasing critters in the yard. Being a hound, he is always on the hunt to get those critters in the yard. Chance would thrive with a playmate of his own to share in his adventures. He's been known to go over the fence just to find a playmate! Chance loves car rides, playing fetch and playing in water. If you're looking for a companion who will bring joy, laughter, and endless fun to your life, then Chance is the one for you. Adopt Chance and give him the loving home he deserves.   Chance's adoption fee is $175.00 which includes all shots, neuter, microchip and 1 month of heartworm preventative.
