Hello! We are looking to rehome our 3-year-old corgi pup, Warren, DOB 01/02/2022. We have a new baby at home and no longer have the time or the means to give Warren the life he deserves. Warren has multiple behavioral concerns that need to be addressed, such as resource guarding and inappropriate elimination (when left unsupervised). Warren is highly intelligent, and food motivated which leads me to believe these behaviors can be modified with proper guidance and training. Warren is independent, playful, and full of energy. He would love a fenced in yard where he can run and play. We are asking for a rehoming fee to ensure Warren is placed in a dedicated and loving home. Story

Rosa is a sweet and loving dog who I think prefers the quiet but can also handle the chaos of children and other animals. I got her from a shelter in AR when she was about 6 months old and she is now 8. Rosa likes walks in nature rather than neighborhoods as she can be overstimulated easily but she'll enjoy it nevertheless. She gets along with cats, children, and small dogs. I think because of her anxiety she becomes overstimulated fast and her excitement to play with other medium/ big dogs may turn into aggression once contact is made. I think with proper training or behavioral help she can overcome that. She just recently developed a little arthritis in her back hips but her vet said with exercise and maybe a little pain meds to help it along she can recover very well. She can sometimes bark a big game to throw you off but she would honestly not hurt a fly. Overall Rosa is a pretty laidback and loving dog that just enjoys being around her human all the time.

Junabie is the sweetest pit you would ever meet. I got her from a shelter in NC when she was about 6 months old and she is now 7. She can be extremely energetic when it's playtime but also enjoys her rest times. I've always described her as a dog who would love an emotional support human as she can never get enough cuddles and belly rubs. Junabie really just loves to be around people and be a part of a pack. Shed make a great lap dog.

Tux is a full of energy, loyal four year old beagle mix. His favorite thing is to play fetch and loves being outside. He would do best in a home with an older, active family with regular access to large outdoor spaces. He loves to find his way under the covers and cuddle at night. He can be shy at first, but once he has warmed up is sweet, silly and ready for adventure. Rehoming due to unforeseeable family circumstances. We are absolutely heartbroken to see him go, but are excited to find his forever, perfect-fit home.

Story

We got Winnie randomly at a Flea market when she was 4 months old (now 9 months old). She is so very sweet and wants to be loved. Recently she has started showing aggression towards our other dog (5year old female). Winnie is a large dog and she doesn't know her own size sometimes and will knock things over, but she is learning fast at how to calm fairly quick. She loves the snow and loves to gallop around the yard and eat snow. I believe she is a going to do best in a home where she is the only dog. She may be okay with a male dog but I just don't know. Our 5 year old dog is a pretty chill dog and just wants to play and Winnie just plays too rough with her. We've tried to keep the peace with them but only my husband can separate them when it gets tense and he works a lot. I can't keep them both safe all the time while wrangling 3 kids as well. (I hope that all makes sense). Winnie has never showed anything but love and curiosity to my kids ages 10, 5, and 2.

Please help us by fostering TODAY!!!!! ________________________________________________________ We try to evaluate most of our adoptable dogs temperament with a senior UDR rescuer before it goes into a foster home. This helps ensure we place it in the right foster home. We may have some dogs in rescue who are not on our website that we are getting to know and who may need a foster home. Our goal is to place dogs in the right foster and adoptive homes! Of course it is up to the fosters to further evaluate the dogs while they are living in the home. New arrivals coming soon! We partner with Doberman Rescue of Northern Texas, High Desert Doberman Rescue and many other rescues across the US and world. We have new Dobermans coming in often and have the ability to take in a homeless Dobermans the same day we are contacted should we get a surrender request. We can always use fosters to be on the ready to foster one of these new arrivals! Please apply on our website to foster, or give a shout out if you can help any of these dogs!! As always fosters get the first chance to adopt! You provide a safe, loving home with daily structure until your foster dog gets adopted. Time frame is anywhere from a couple weeks to a few months. If you have a dog, your dog may like a friend. We try match up the dog with the foster home best suited for each dog in need. UDR supplies all the dog food, some supplies and always pays for vet care. Going on vacation and worried you will have to find a place for your foster dog?? NO worries!!!Know we DO have numerous options for vacation boarding and doing temporary fostering of your foster dog while you take that much needed vacation. We are also in need of short term fosters, those foster homes who would take in a foster dog on a short term basis, a weekend, a week or two, even to help in emergency or medical situations. By taking an animal in need temporarily into your home you’re: freeing up a spot so a shelter can take in another dog. giving your foster dog the time he needs to be ready for adoption. helping us learn more about the dog so he can end up in the best home possible. socializing the dog to a home environment and possibly getting him used to being around other pets and different types of people.
