Jinx is a 9 year old border collie looking for a home where he can stay busy and challanged. He is smart, intense and has a high drive He needs a home with experience and interest in training. He is a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle as much as play! He is very loyal and wants to please his people. He is housebroken and crate trained. This boy loves to play fetch and can spend hours pushing balls around the yard! Jinx has lived with many dogs and has done well with most, but can be selective. He may do best as an only dog. He is not good with cats. Jinx is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped. Jinx is not an easy dog, but he will be an amazing friend to the right family! Story

Georgia is a spunky, silly, loving Old English Bulldog. We adopted her 1.5 years ago, and instantly fell in love with her energy and her neverending snuggles. She was a stray from Missouri and had no problem settling in with our family and daily routines. While she has an abundance of energy and doesn't always realize her own strength, she has always been gentle around our children, ages 8 and 10. She generally gets a long with other dogs, loves to play, albeit a little rough. This is why we have come to the difficult decision to rehome her. She and our other, older dog have not been getting along lately. We feel it is best for both dogs that they live separately.

Mazie is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She is a velcrow dog who will stick by your side no matter what you're doing. She does best with routines and tends to pickup habits quickly. Mazie is a cuddler and loves to be close to people. She has been living with two other dogs and does great with other animals. Mazie loves to play ball and would thrive best in an active home where someone could be with her a majority of the day. Mazie does well with children and is very protective and loyal to them. Mazie is potty trained, spayed and up to date on all of her vacinations. Mazie was previously rescued by a police officer who found her on the streets. It was believed that she was previously in a loving home because she was found well nurished and trained. I adopted Mazie from the Animal Humane Society this past spring and she has been living in a home with a large yard the past few months. Visit our FAQ page to learn why. Maggy is a beautiful shepherd, wire haired terrier mix, young adult, girl. She currently weighs 50 pounds and can stand to gain a little more weight. She came from an environment of neglect, was very thin, nervous and took a little time to settle in. She has overcome all that shyness and is content to follow her foster mom everywhere. She is crate trained, house trained, walks well on a leash, most of the⁷ time, and loves to play with other dogs. She does best with confident dogs as she can come on strong with new friends. She is a little too interested in the resident cat and will probably do best in a home without cats or with very confident cats. She is learning manners but has proven to be a stealthy counter-surfer. Maggy will be a star pupil in obedience class, wants to please, and responds very well to a positive training approach. Maggie's adoption fee is $450, which includes vet exam, age-appropriate vaccinations and tests, microchip, and spay or neuter. My foster mom says it's time I share my story, so let's get to it.First off, baths and nail trims? Ugh, not my jam, but I'll grin and bear it (mostly). I'm 99% house-trained (accidents happen, okay?) and I'll mosey over to the door when nature calls. I get along with other dogs if there are no toys or treats involved, but if you want me to be the star of the show, I'm cool with that too. Very cool. I mean, who wouldn't want me as their one and only?Kids and cats? Eh, let's not. I live with a cat right now, but honestly, I'm more interested in keeping the yard squirrel-free&#194&#151which I do quite well, thank you very much.I'm a little shy at first and need some time to warm up to new humans, but once I trust you, we'll be best friends for life. I'm not big on shared walls - aka apartments - because I do have some opinions I like to voice. I'm also a bit of a Houdini when it comes to harnesses, but my foster mom found a collar I can't escape from. Challenge accepted, I guess!I love walks, backyard time, and car rides. I'll need a fenced yard, though, because my brain loves puzzles, and sometimes those puzzles involve digging under fences for a bit of solo exploring. I love spending my days playing, going on adventures and expanding my horizons with my humans, and searching the yard for sticks to chew on. When I'm all tuckered out, I am a big fan of naps and snuggling!I've been busy working on house training, and I'm nearly there, so you won't have too many messes to clean up. I also have been having a blast learning new things, especially since I found out there are treats involved... YUM!At doggy daycare, I'm a staff favorite and I love playing with other dogs.
